We used Vicky as our solicitor for purchasing our house. She put in a few offers for us which were unsuccessful before our final offer that was approved. Each time she was professional and friendly with us and always gave us as much information as she had.
Once our offer was accepted, she was very responsive, always available for any questions we had and responded in a timely manner. We faced a little delay on the sellers’ solicitors side and Vicky kept us updated and regularly chased the sellers solicitor for updates. Upon rectification of the issues, we were able to settle within a week.
I would highly recommend Nicolson O’brien and would use them again.

I used this company to convey the sale of my house. I was kept up to date and notified on every step of the way. Vicky was really good at guiding me as what to do. One form I couldn’t do online so she advised I come in to the office, she printed it off and I filled it in. All paperwork done online. This was good as not loads of paper to lug about.

Mrs McGranaghan couldn’t have been any more helpful for me and my girls case! She made me feel so comfortable and trusting within the case at hand, she’s a true credit to the team and I can’t thank her enough for all the help she’s given me!

The staff are all so friendly and helpful. When dealing with them I felt things would get done. Only reason for 4 star and not the 5 is the length of time it took.
But overall they were fantastic.
