Nimbus Beds Avis 

My small double mattress arrived yesterday. Very pleased with the whole process from ordering my mattress to it being delivered. Ross did an excellent job. Delivery men had masks on which in the current situation is good. Love my mattress its so comfy. Would definitely recommend using. Nimbus beds. Thanks again.

I placed an order for a bed 2 weeks before Xmas knowing I had missed the pre Xmas delivery, however I was promised to receive the bed before Nimbus closed for the holidays. The bed was delivered on the expected date and my son was delighted.
I have Since then went back and purchased a new mattress and yet again everything was effortless. Superb 👍🏻

Always a pleasure to deal with very professional, so much so that I have ordered again from them would highly recommend this company for anybody wishing to purchase a mattress or bed.

I had ordered a bed back in December. It’s now February, I was told it would be delivered on a specific date, thus disposed of my previous bed to make way for the new one, on the delivery day. I rung Nimbus on the delivery day, to confirm everything was still ok as I hadn’t received any further confirmation or notification of the delivery. I was told that it was no longer getting delivered and I potentially have to wait two (or more) further days.
I am now sleeping on my floor for an unknown period of time. I still have no resolution to this issue.
Disappointing and sad to know that had I not rung they wouldn’t have done/told me anything.

Update: I received a call from the owner, who had apologised. I later received a call from delivery firm to state that’ll be delivered Saturday, two days later! Owner was willing to offer £50 compensation (which is the max. they can offer for there issue). Call ended rather abruptly.

George listened to our requirements and advised the best mattress for us. We initially bought a mattress for a spare bed but it was so comfortable that we decided to replace our own mattress too! Superb quality mattresses, quick delivery and competitively priced too.

George at Nimbus was very helpful and informative when trying to choose our mattress. Trying wasn’t an option as we’re based in Kent but had been recommended this supplier even though they are in Scotland. Despite ordering in December, George managed to sort a delivery slot in 48hours. Mattress lovely quality too. Highly recommend

We always get our beds from nimbus beds as they are excellent suppliers in all aspects. The staff are friendly and helpful and go out of their way to ensure that you get a good deal and one that suits your needs. Their prices are very good and have a varied and ample choice of beds and mattresses to suit all needs. They deliver to all areas and for a small fee will even take your old bed away for you.

We bought a full package bed - base, 2 drawers and mattress - from Nimbus Beds back in May. We weren’t able to visit the store due to lockdown but the guys were great about talking me through what they offer and recommend over Facebook chat. The mattress is a posture pocket 1000 and it is so comfy! The guys have been great in recommending mattress protectors post-sale! We loved it so much we bought a second bed in a king for one of the other rooms just recently. Brilliant service - wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

I have not yet bought anything from nimbus beds but i hope to do si in the new year. My hubby and i went in for a browse, the staff were fantastic, they did not push for a sale and told us some information on what nimbus beds do. Will be back in early next year to buy a bed

Great experience from making an appointment online, to going into the showroom to choose our new bed and mattress.. The staff members certainly are knowledgeable and are extremely helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else for a bed now. Thankyou..

Great staff. Showroom is spotless and well laid out esp given the current crisis. Ross and George always very helpful & look to get the best product for you & not just leading to you their most expensive product. Well educated on different types of mattress, pillows etc for people with ailments etc. Would 1 million % recommend. Wont go anywhere else. They are always on the end of the phone to update you with delivery dates etc.

We ordered a mattress and some cushions which are great quality! The service Nimbus Beds have provided has been excellent, keeping in touch with any update and keeping us in the loop of when we expected our items to arrive, delivery was also very efficient!
