First class service from nimbus beds Thornton store, customer service was excellent, Prices excellent , Thank you to Jason and George for having the patience with my jumping back and forward trying to decide what I wanted, the 2 delivery lads Daniel and Louis were absolute sweethearts, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company

Really disappointed that a mattress bought under 2 years ago is coming away at the seam.Company not interested,just told its only guaranteed for a year,no consideration taken into account for the life expectancy of a mattress.I have never had a mattress do this they have all done there time with out any problems.

Popped into Nimbus in Cupar to buy two beds. We’re we’re given excellent advice and purchased said beds. We were given a 6 week delivery time. Beds in fact arrived in less than four weeks. We were called to arrange a suitable delivery date and called twice on the day. The delivery men were absolutely charming and so particular and careful. We could not have asked for anything more. Thank you Nimbus.

Excellent service in cupar store salesman talked us through mattresses we tried quite a few in store. No pressure selling just knowledgeable about the products they sell. Bought base, headboard, mattress and pillows quality is the best. Delivery to suit us. Excellent service from ordering to building up bed for us. Best quality bed we've had, highly recommend.

Went to research for a mattress without memory foam and it is still possible to buy one without comfort being compromised! Jason was extremely knowledgeable and very happy to answer all my questions, I had a few! I was never pressured into a decision, the prices are very affordable and I had several mattresses to choose from .
No gimmicks, just good quality products and excellent customer care! Thank you Jason!

Jason in the Cupar store was excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable, but not pushy at all. The bed I ordered was actually ready within a few days but they held on to it for me until I had finished redecorating.
The guys who delivered the new bed and took away the old one were polite and did a good job very quickly.
Great service from the Nimbus team and I'd definitely recommend them to others.

The shop assistant was very helpful, spoke clearly and telling us everything he knew about beds, mattresses, headboards, pillows and mattresses protectors Plus doovies.
He was patient with us, having a look round the shop.

Just purchased a Bed from the Thornton Store and from start to finish the service was first class from choosing the Bed and then the mattress and finally the Headboard the service was first class.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jason in the Cupar shop. He was very customer orientated and nothing was too much bother. Any questions I had were promptly addressed. He knows his products inside out which in turn assisted me in making my final choice of mattress headboard and base. Would highly recommend to others. It was late in the day but at no point did I feel rushed. Many thanks.

Great helpful experience from Ross in the display area. backed up with excellent delivery service, they even moved our old mattress into the garage for us

**UPDATE**

The store manager contacted me and explained that their supplier had supplied the wrong pillows, then offered 2 of the pillows I had tested and liked from the show floor as thats the only ones they had.

I already had another pillow so asked for a refund which I was given after returning the original pillow that was not the one I wanted.

So the whole experience is in total 4 trips to the store, an email, 2 phone calls, a review and a refund, over a £70 pillow.

The store manager was a lot more helpful and extremely polite. If, as I said below, the reply to my query about the pillow was: "If there is anything not right with it or you're unhappy, please let me know and I will sort it" instead of "Thats the right pillow" then I'd have written a 5 star review of Nimbus beds.

I've considered deleting this review, but opted instead to update it with what happened and revise the 1 star rating to 3 stars.

Original Review:
Spent around £1500 on two beds with them, wanted a pillow.

Their best selling pillow is £70 I tested it on Thursday in the showroom in Cupar and it was firmer than the one on the bed next to it that I also tested but didnt like, they didnt have stock of the firm one, but it was arriving today so I paid for one there and then and then went to collect it on Friday.

It was vacuum packed and as flat as a padded envelope, I opened it at home and tested it and it seemed soft like the one I didnt like, thought I might have got the wrong one, went all the way back, tested the one on the bed there in the showroom and it was perfect, laid mine next to it and its a different pillow.

The salesman pointed to mine and said I can see thats your one because its been vacuum packed it needs 4 hours to fill out. I clarified that if I waited until tomorrow and it still wasnt right then its the wrong pillow and I was told "Its the right pillow" followed by "You see its been industrially vacuum packed..."

Waited until the next day to be sure and its the same, too soft, like the one I didnt like and its not the pillow I want nor thought I was buying.

The salesman already said he cant take it back because its been opened and theres no point going up there to argue with him because:
1. He told me straight without a doubt that "Its the right pillow", not, "if you have any questions, doubts or are unsure, please come back with the pillow because we want to make sure you're happy with your purchase and get the pillow you want and paid £70 for."
2. It's Christmas Eve and who needs this?

So, there you have it. Got a pillow I'm not gonna use and wasted £70 and 3 trips to them.

Good service, nice size shop with a good range (but not too much to be confusing), local and well priced.

We had a lovely experience purchasing from Nimbus beds, Jason in the Cupar branch took his time and listened to what we were after, he very much had us speechless with his excellent manor. After being to other bed stores, this one was by far the most affordable and sustainable. I would 100% recommend an excellent service.

Honestly cannot recommend Nimbus beds highly enough, especially Ross. After finding that Nimbus beds stocked our dream mattress their customer service and communication were second to none. We initially didn’t need the mattress for 7 weeks as we were waiting on our bed frame being delivered by another company. Ross was brilliant and said they could order the mattress and store it for us until we needed it. Out of the blue, we found out that the bed frame was ready to be delivered 7 weeks early but this was no problem for Nimbus beds who are delivering our new mattress the day after the bed frame arrives. First class service.
