Do not use this company.
I placed an order and 6 days later it still hasn't been dispatched. Customer service are ignoring my emails. I finally managed to speak to someone in India! I could hardly hear him, sounded like he was outdoors in a crowd. He promised a refund, but states that it will take up to 5 days to process and up to a further 10 days to reach my account!! Needless to say, I'm not confident. They have £500 of my money!!

Avoid!! As far as I can tell they are dropshippers based out of India. I ordered a difficult to source US product which I understood but it hadn’t arrived after a month and they initially didn’t respond to my requests for help. When they finally responded I was advised of another month timeline with the product arriving a further week later to the timeline. They sent the incorrect product and colour and it arrived in an Amazon box just as Amazon UK showed the stock of the very same item at close to half the original price. I’m still waiting on a refund.

To be honest, I expected it to take a lot longer to get delivered and I'm quite pleased with the the way it was packed was excellent. It was all mint condition. Thank you

I was able to obtain a product discontinued everywhere else, which was an important birthday present for my wife. Given that the shipment was from the USA, I got regular tracking updates. this included a confusing "reached destination" update - which the goods hadn't done - if the destination is me! I enquired and was assured the goods were on their way, and was given a Royal Mail tracker - which was spot on. the goods arrived exactly as promised.

Good communication every step from ordering to delivery and item arrived within the estimated time.

Excellent service...some hiccups with customs but Ninefit re-sent the items. Great communication from customer service (thanks again, Gina). Very pleased with the moonclips...this design makes loading/unloading the moonclips very easy on the fingers, no extra tools required.

Outdoor table tennis cover - was easy to order online and is as described. Quality is fine - four stars only due to delivery delays and lack of information when enquiries made.

I ordered a motorbike carrier, what came was second hand and broken, it cost over £500.00, I have emailed and called the company, no response, I even emailed NineFit uk,handelnine.com including rojav and rahuls at handelnine.com. There has been no response from anyone. Don't use them as they don't care!

I managed to find what I was looking for. I had been looking a while for the particular size and Ninefit had it. I didn't realize it would come firm the US but it arrived well packed and in perfect condition.

Pendant exactly like in picture.was very annoyed that the delivery left it on my doorstep in stead of posting it through the door,I have been unable to get in touch with the company to complain.i was lucky that nobody stole it

Really good product, I use it for training and it fits my training short very well. Only thing I can say it took 3 1/2 weeks to arrive but overall very pleased!
