Ordered on the 13th of October. After reading the reviews on this site, I freaked out and contacted them the next day requesting that they cancel my order. They stated they couldn't because my item was with the courier.

They then said that there were MASSIVE delays with shipping and apologised.

I emailed them every couple weeks asking for an update and they said they will let me know when they send the item and provide tracking.

20th of december and I asked again for a refund since the item is still not shipped. They said their factory was unable to keep up with demand, meaning that my item was NOT stuck with the courier like they said?! So I AGAIN asked for a refund. They said it's only been 49 working days, not including public holidays, so they didn't have to provide a refund yet.

They then emailed me the same day saying my item would be shipped in 2-3 days.

Cut to today, and they STILL won't provide tracking or conformation that the item is sent, OR a refund as we ended up disputing the payment with the bank, so they have put the whole thing on hold......

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Treat Ninjapparel like the plague. I ordered some items from them in Aug, 2018 and I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED ANYTHING!! I have asked several times for a refund and now THEY ARENT EVEN RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS!! This company is a total scam and no one should ever spend their money with them.

This awfull compagny is just spaming people !! Do not buy anything from it if you re not willing to lose your money !!!
bought an item and never received a tracking number, two months later still haven t received it and when i asked for a refund according to their customer satisfaction policy, they appologized and told me that they will ship it soon.. !! 2 months and haven t shipped it yet + refusing to give my money back !!

Took me three months to get the products. Had to contact them several times, and the only thing they said was that it would be shipped shortly. Even after two months, they still had not shipped it!

The material is cheap and completely unacceptable for clothes in that price range. It doesn't look good nor does it feel good. The pictures of the clothes are extremely misleading.

Ninjapparel massively delayed shipping my item. I contacted them THREE DAYS before it was due to arrive saying I didn't even have a tracking number yet. I asked to cancel my order and they IMMEDIATELY sent it and told me they'd already sent it so I couldn't get a refund... Even though I'd asked them to cancel BEFORE they shipped. The product came and I'm massively disappointed in it. The material is cheap and it's poorly made. Huge waste of money, will be demanding a refund.

Ninjapparel is one of the best online shops Iv ever shopped from. The customer service are so friendly and helped me change my size without any hassle. The delivery was quick and the product itself was soooo much better than what I expected! So so impressed with them! Already placed my next order 😁 highly recommend this brand!!

I ordered a Sith Hoodie and a pair of Ninja Kicks. I needed my sizes to be changed and the customer services team was so helpful and friendly (They managed to change the sizes before they were shipped). It did take some time to get delivered but i'm very happy with the quality overall.

They are one of a kind unique clothing, delivery is a bit long nothing crazy but the clothing is worth the wait. Happily recommend to others, im part of the ninja clan now.

Company never ships items or gives the refunds mentioned in their own terms of service.

A complete and total scam.

Total SCAM... Waiting on my product for 60 days now and they're claiming shipping issues & now not being cooperative on offering me a refund.

It's basically a scam. 100% of their stuff is available elsewhere for a fraction of the price. They're selling a jumper for $70 which you can get for $15 elsewhere.

What can be said that hasn't already about the worst company on any website? You will never get your items on time, if you even get them in the first place. They keep saying your item shipped in each email, but never give you a tracking number (so they basically lie to you) every time you ask for a refund. They basically do everything they can to keep your money and not give you anything in return. You will be wasting time, money and energy in this s***hole of a shopping website.

You're better off on using that money that would've gone to some nice geeky apparel and use it to hire a hobo to take a leak on you instead. At least you'll feel warm from the hobo than the sweater you never got.

I ordered 2 products. Received 1. Months later I asked where the other coat is. Went back and forth with them and they finally gave me store credit. Ordered 2 more products including the coat I didn't receive. I still only got 1 product! I complained and said I want my money back. They offered me store credit again. I said I want my money back, and they stopped replying. Do not order from this site!

Really awful. I got the product eventually - 2 months after I ordered it.

You can order the exact same products from Ali Express (download from app store). They arrive faster and are much cheaper.

Ninjapparel seems to be run by one person with an horrendous attitude to customer service. Replies to messages are canned and their website mocks the expectation that a product should be delivered in a reasonable time.

Don't waste that time with this company.

Worst buy ever! Everything is and feels cheap!

Products were malformed and cheaply made. Items arrived 4 months late. They have good communication but whats the point when you don't get what you paid for, when you paid for it.

with out doubt the biggest scam company online 3 month later no order still received and refusing to refund avoid at all cost they are a complete failure of a company

refuse to refund and more interested in deleting reviews and comments from there website and Facebook pages and Instagram daily customers complain and have there comments removed DO NOT ORDER YOU WORK HARD FOR YOUR MONEY AN THEY ARE JUST ROBBERS !!!

This company is a total misunderstanding. Not all things were delivered and some of things that were delivered in wrong measures. Everything was delayed. They ignore emails with complains or send back different confusing answers.

Apparently we're all suffering the same treatment. Ordered one thing in early May, a month and a half later I still don't even have a tracking number. Customer support keeps telling me to "be patient" but my patience has run out, long before most other people.

Do. Not. Trust them.
