Terrible, rude business with fake 5* reviews and fake likes on their Facebook page, to look legitimate. Stay away.
My order was never shipped, I email them, my emails were ignored, I message their Facebook page, first asking for an update on my order, ignored; so I comment on one of their FB posts, comment was deleted. PM'ed their Facebook page and asked for a refund, ignored again. Filed a PayPal dispute, ignored. Escalated it, they suddenly start talking saying my items were shipped, but no tracking number was provided. I think they just want me to close the claim so they win.
I'll be keeping this claim open, as I don't believe at all that they have shipped anything.

I ordered some items worth £100. They sent me the wrong size. I was asked to return them and then I was told they lost them. The quality is bad and I haven’t received any refund or replacements. I would stay clear. This is ongoing since Oct 2017.
Wrong size and they rip off other brands
worse site ever seriously. i ordered some cool pants i saw and they were only like 32 euros, so i purchased them in size small (keep in mind they had xs, s, m, e.t.c) and because i live in Europe it said it would do from 3weeks up to 2 months to come. The package came yesterday (so it took like 1 month and 27 days?), i opened it and it was the pants i ordered with the heyguys tag (which i knew they ripped the brand off but because they had small i purchased from ninjapparel) and they are wrapped and the tag says "Size L", the heck? I still haven't messaged them for a refund or to take it back and give me the right size and neither have i unwrapped the pants. Just don't buy from ninjapparel, i know the site looks cool and all but i recommend you go to the actual heyguys brand and buy stuff from there. The wrapping, in which the pants are wrapped in, has like a little hole and i felt the material of the pants and i was shocked how good the quality is.

It's the 31st December 2017. I bought some trousers in June. Still haven't arrived. They sent me a voucher as recompense, and they never arrived. They sent yet another pair. They haven't arrived. It says on their site they "happily refund" a purchase after 60 working days. It's been over six months and no trousers and no refund. They have now resorted to simply ignoring my emails and Facebook messages, in the hope I'll go away. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A SCAM.
In my professional opinion.....
First let me say that I’ve worked in international retail for 10 years for employers such as Ted Baker plc, Regatta etc before becoming a tutor at a Fashion & Arts College. I teach Design and work everyday with fashion designers, construction staff, retail marketing teachers, fashion business tutors etc.
I placed an order with NinjApparrel in October 2017. I received the item in November 2017. I noticed straight away that the label was x4 XL (as I had purchased) but when trying it on immediately was shocked to find out that the fit was more like a U.K medium in the body. BUT even more distressing was the sleeve length that had obviously beet cut wrong during construction and was lacking by around 5 inches!!! In addition to this the material quality was severely poor and the stitching was faulty (gathered in places).
In the decades of my entire combined careers I have NEVER seen anything so poorly produced. I was very disappointed but also incredibly disgusted that this garment had passed through the Quality Checking Team at NinjApparells manufacturer (if indeed a quality check had been carried out)!
I reported this almost immediately to NinjApparrels customer service team who then took an agonising amount of time to investigate my customer complaint, I sent numerous emails that didn’t get a response and had to keep emailing until they finally got back to me. They at last admitted the fault, I immediately requested my money back and a return address to post the item back too. Instead and to my utter shock I was told to keep the item and only offered store credit, in spite of NinjAparells own policy which states:
“We will provide a full money back guarantee should:
* Your Product Arrives Damaged.
* You Don't Receive Your Product Within Business 60 Days.
* Your Product Received was not as Advertised.”
So not only have NinjApparral taken my money, given me a faulty item in response, but they have now refused to give my money back after admitting the item is faulty, thereby completely not acknowledging, accepting and abiding by there own publicly advertised customer promise/policy!!!
- NinjApparrell have neglected their professional responsibility as a retailer.
- NinjApparrel have blatantly disregarded ethical business practice (even to the most basic of standards).
- NinjApparrel have provided abmismal customer service, with zero customer satisfaction.
- NinjApparrel have apparently (according to various customer reviews) taken money from a plethora of customers and repeated similar nefarious business transactions similar to my experience.
My professional advice is DO NOT do business with this retailer, they are in my experience blatantly morally bankrupt and according to other customers, have a proven record that they are libel to take advantage of your trusted custom.

This is the worst company in the world. I bought a pair of their crappy pants, thought better of it and canceled the order all within about 4 hours. By the time I canceled the order, they said the pants had already shipped. I wrote again asking them to please cancel the order, and received a rude reply. Fast forward to two weeks later and I get notice that they had just shipped. Fast forward to over a month since the original order, and the pants show up. Wrong size, and with non-functioning zippers. I ask to return again, and they give me an address in Switzerland to send them back. I send them back ($35 shipping, literally half the price of the pants in the first place) and they reject the shipment. Now I have to go through Paypal to resolve this mess. WORST. EVER.
Ninjapparel has no honor
The product I ordered was awful. Nothing like the description/picture on the website promised. Had to send them photos of the product multiple times before they bothered to admit to the faulty item. After paying the postage myself to have the faulty item returned they never sent me anything in exchange despite their promises nor did I ever get a refund. So I paid some 100+ euros for nothing.

This is a terrible company to buy clothes from, which is a shame because I think their clothes do look nice but their service is horrible.
I've ordered twice from them and both experiences were horrible. It was my fault for ordering from them the 2nd time. BOTH TIMES did my clothes come in wrong sizes. BOTH TIMES did my clothes take more than a month to arrive. And BOTH TIMES did I receive poor customer service from them as I wrote in detail how their size guide is completely inaccurate.
I am well aware that this sizing comes from Asia and I took great lengths measuring myself so that EVEN WITH a 1-3cm tolerance, the clothes would come in somewhat decent size range. This is just a fraudulent company. DO NOT BUY!!!

I ordered the "Illusionist" jacked, which as it turns out, has pocket 7 cm high, so I can only fit my elbow into it, is so thin that my 5€ sweater is warmer, and is missing an entire part in the middle.
Ordered a duff duffel bag and it broke - poor quality
Ordered a duffel bag, which arrived in good time. Looked good and used it lightly for a few months until a metal clip on it broke. I contacted them for a repair or replacement, as required in law, but they refused and pointed to their 2 month repair and replace policy, which is redundant if they're selling into the UK.
The BEST online shopping experience
When I saw NinjApparel being advertised to me on Facebook, I thought they were just another store trying to scam people. But there was a jacket that I absolutely had to have so I tried my luck and am incredibly pleasantly surprised.
The jacket arrived within the 2 weeks promised delivery time and was such good quality.
The customer service team are also FANTASTIC! I had a response to every email I sent just hours after I had sent it and they were so helpful!
I've placed 3 orders since and have never had an issue!

1. My order arrived after 2 months. On the website it says that the order will arrive in 2 weeks....
2. the product was different from the pictures on the website. So I decided to send it back and get the refund. I had to send them the tracking number that cost me like another 20€. The packet was rejected. I asked them what happend and they answered ''This must be a fault made by the postal services. You will need to resend it to our warehouse once you receive it back again.''
This was in February ...well now I'm waiting for the parcel and either I will pay another 20€ to send it to them or I will keep it and never use it.
So I CAN'T recommend this company!
Ninjapparel is not sending any refunds
Yeah my experience with ninjapperal:
Parts of the order never arrived,
i ordered on 4. Dezember 2016,
asked for a refund after the period (like they stated it in their website) on first
February 2016, i always got "updated" with things like "we opened a dispute with the carrier and
wait for response.", everytime i got another date, when they will update me with new information.
But they never responded until i wrote them, what happened with the update.
This funny thing happened now multiple times, now it is 29.03.2017 and i still got
no refund, which should be no big issue according to their FAQ.
Seems the shop is not reliable at all. Still waiting for the refund, they even told me the
dispute with the carrier has been solved, and i get a refund this week on monday.
Then on monday, they again told me they will put a dispute to the carrier.
Also they dont seem to respond to mails, but on facebook they respond, with approximately no
information about the case, always put you off to a later date.
I feel kinda scammed because of this.
After stating it they blocked me from facebook, now i cannot get any updates on this issue, i think they just dont do refunds.
