Update: received one email from them stating they were having maintenance issues and if the problem persists to let them know. Well, I did. Emailed them two more times and no response.

I have a 24 email long chain starting…

I have a 24 email long chain starting February 15th simply to get verified. Due to doxxing my last name is different on my google account, my mistake. I signed up for other sweep casinos like this. I have already cashed out of those and had the name fixed either immediately or in 2-3 days through email.

Nioplay has had me jump through hoops sending multiple pieces of information. They have not verified me now for longer than the initial email on the 15th.

I do not feel confident with Nioplay. I believe they are the scummier side of sweep casinos. I have tried many, and this is one to stay clear of. I suggest not even attempting to use this sweep casino.

Can't go wrong with nioplay. Ive played with them for a while and its never a bad time. Super fast support response times and new games every week. Id only go to nioplay if you like money. Check em out, see what all the buzz is about

I would have given 5 stars. My first redemption was instant. I submitted my second one to my debit card on 2/23 for $75. It is 2/27 and it is still pending. I got one email that night asking me to re verify and I did. Nothing since. I don't think I'm getting my money. I have followed all rules regarding daily bonuses and playthrough. There's no reason for this.

So the bonuses are excellent the game selection is okay but the redemption I keep getting the runaround I was told three to five business days it has been three to five business days and now I'm told that it's still in cue to wait now I have been told this before from other platforms and I'm not received my redemption so I feel like it's safe to say that they're not going to pay me what they owe but that being said I give this one star and I want other people who play to just be careful cuz you might not get your wings

I like the site and play daily

I like the site and play daily. Finally was able to submit a redemption. My account was already verified. I submitted a redemption for $90 on 2/3 to my debit card today is 2/7 and it is still pending. No updates or information about why or what's going on at all. No emails or notification on app to do anything. If I ever get my measley $90 I will gladly make this five stars. I'm not hopeful at this point. This casino will steal your money, make up lies and deny you pay. I won over $75 and during the cash out / verification process they claimed i was rude and closed my account for no reason. They took my money, deleted my account and gave me no options or even evidence of this "rude" behavior. Untrustworthy casino! They will steal your money!

Unique Thievery

First of all I acknowledge that every social casino wants to turn a profit. No objection there. But Nioplay has a unique twist on it: Create an arbitrary rule, make it difficult to comply, and then steal your funds as a punishment.

They have a 'must play bonus coins within 72 hours' rule.

Sounds simple enough. But then they make it easy to violate: (1) pop-ups give you free bonus every 24 hours upon sign-in (2) playthrough doesn't apply to all games, but they don't reveal which ones (3) their redemption page doesn't accurately tell you if you have played through all of your coins (4) purchasing any package without playing through any bonuses beforehand violates their rules.

I made the mistake of clicking on a free bonus pop-up right before making a purchase. That violated their terms which led to shutting down my account and keeping my purchase.

RESPONSE to their Response below: I describe their rule as 'arbitrary' not in the sense of selectively applying it, but in relation to other social casinos. No other social casino (to my knowledge) makes such a strict 72-hour usage rule nor a prohibition on mixing bonus/paid money.

Their 'holier than thou' communication style is especially grating considering how they entice users to break the rule. Why present bonus pop-ups to users who haven't played through the entire purchase balance? Why allow purchases when users haven't played through the entire bonus balance? Rather than programming their site to enforce the rule for the user, it dumps the burden on the user.

I strongly advise readers of this review to EITHER never claim a bonus OR never make a purchase on Nioplay.

Absolute scam - they will void your winnings for “holding coins” too long!

I am beyond frustrated with Nio Play. I spent time playing through my daily coins, actually hit a decent win, and went to redeem my balance—only to have my redemption declined.

The reason? They claimed I held onto my daily coins for longer than 72 hours before using/redeeming them. This is a complete joke. Nowhere is this made clear when you’re collecting your daily login. It’s clearly just a predatory "gotcha" rule designed to let them keep your money if you don't play exactly when they want you to.

I’ve played at plenty of other social casinos, and I’ve never seen a site penalize a player for being patient or saving up their coins. If they can’t honor a legitimate win because of a ridiculous 72-hour window, they shouldn't be in business.

Avoid this site at all costs. They will find any technicality in the fine print to make sure you never see a dime of your redemption. Customer service was no help and just quoted the same nonsense policy. Save your time and play somewhere that actually respects its players.
