Biggest scam casino out there. First they make it difficult to verify your account by using a sketchy third party site with difficult options to verify your ID. Now they denied my redemption and cleared out all my SC. They have AWFUL games. Complete scammers. Avoid this TRASH site.

Update after their response. Don't listen to these SCAMMERS. I've played on literally every social casino and have never used the KYC partner they have. It's trash. I wasted my time with Nioplay, but thankfully not my money. I’m in awe that there are positive reviews of this place

When Nioplay updated their system I had $40 accumulated and eligible to count toward a $100 redemption. The system update reset my progress to zero funds eligible for redemption. So I played through the money again.

In August I was shocked to receive an email about bonus abuse. I replied that I didn’t understand why I’d received it because I was participating in daily game play. They emailed back and I was told they could see I was playing regularly but my account was flagged by the system. At that time I was thankful that they warned me about their 72 hour rule and thought it spoke to the platform’s transparency. I remembered that right when I signed up I had let the bonuses sit for a few days, but that was months prior to getting a warning about it. After getting blindsided by Nioplay’s bonus abuse warning I never let a bonus go 72 hours unplayed, even when the game I was playing daily stopped working. I just tried other games.

Also, I don’t believe the play through requirement was 5X when I registered, but maybe that’s another gem hiding in their terms and conditions.

I routinely experienced issues with false geoblocks. The site would claim I was trying to play from a restricted state when I was not. Nioplay could benefit from using more reliable tools to verify player locution.

After approximately 9 months I finally had enough SC to request a redemption. I needed to verify my account again, but chalked that up to something related to the big reboot Nioplay did last summer (the one where everyday you’d get a pop up warning you not to play because your balance may not calculate accurately). All the SC I accumulated was from play with the daily log. I never gave a dime to this platform. Honestly I would have bought a coin package, had the terms and conditions not been so convoluted. They state you can only participate in one bonus at a time, but you get the daily log ins automatically when you open your account. Additionally it says something about a bonus only counting when your account has more than 100 SC. The way those stipulations are written did not make sense to me. I could not determine how to avoid participating in multiple bonuses when the daily log in bonus is an automatic credit.

A few hours ago I received an email from Nioplay informing me that my redemption request was denied due to bonus abuse. They wiped out the $100 I’d managed to acrew. For what it’s worth, I know I did not abuse my bonus. I see there are numerous other reviews where this has happened to other consumers.

This company put something in the fine print to deny consumers their earned redemptions. Hypothetically, how much SC would a customer need to hoard to get around a 5X play through on 30¢? If you saved up $100 thirty cents at a time it would still be challenging not to lose money with a 5X play through requirement.

Love Nio it has a good platform everything is easy to find, good games, nice packages, and the agents are always helpful and there for you. Everybody try it atleast once if u havent already!

Love this site and all the games they offer . Have not yet cashed out but customer service is so fast and friendly I don’t ever have to wait to long to hear back from them …they are the best and very helpful !

If I could give them negative stars I so would. They seemed pretty good at first, but when I tried to redeem they denied it, alleging some kind of malfunction, which are lies, but I'm not going to argue with them but seriously dont waste your money or time on this site.

Update: as expected, they reply to my honest review by claiming it's "fair" to wipe out player balances if they "hoard" the free daily login coins which are 30 cents per day. Pathetic behavior. They offer you free coins and then take them away and then point to their terms and claim it's to keep things fair. All after the fact. So you are bait and switched into thinking you collected coins and won something only to have it stolen by this pathetic joke of a site. Avoid.

BEWARE!!!! Avoid this scam site!

This site is a total scam operation. They offer 30 cents daily to log into your account. Pretty standard stuff in the sweeps casino world. I collected mine for about 10 days and had a little over $3 in my account. I played a few games and got hot. Ran it up to $77. Decided to redeem. It went into pending status and then got denied. Here's the joke of an email they sent me:

Dear Michael,

Your recent redemption request has been denied due to a violation of Nioplay’s Terms & Conditions.

You were found to have held Daily Bonus Sweeps Coins (SC) for more than 72 hours without sufficient gameplay and attempted a redemption in violation of our usage policies.

As outlined in Clause 7.6 of our Terms:
“NioPlay may expire or revoke any bonus SC, including Daily Bonus SC, that is not used within a reasonable period (typically 72 hours), especially when gameplay activity is minimal or absent. Players are encouraged to use SC during the promotional window to maintain eligibility. Attempting to bypass this system – by stacking purchases, hoarding SC, or attempting redemptions without gameplay – is considered bonus abuse.”

Action Taken:
- Your redemption has been denied
- All bonus SC collected in violation has been cleared
- This is a formal warning
Future violations may result in full suspension or permanent ban.

Of course none of this is outlined ahead of time. If they only let you keep 3 days worth of login coins then why keep offering it on day 4 and beyond? Why give players the false impression that they have winnings only to deny them on some flimsy bs?

The odds are already in their favor and yet they won't let you redeem even if you win fair and square. Avoid this scam operation and report them to your local state AG so they're hopefully banned forever and can't scam anyone else.

I'm sure they'll reply to this and claim it's all done in the name of "fairness" or some other BS but there are plenty of non scam sites that give you a better daily login and don't cap your legitimate winnings to pennies. Scam scam scam scam.

I’d never recommend this casino. I saved up dailies and played through the full amount along with purchasing their welcome package and was immediately flagged and refunded after a $82 win. They stated I was stacking dailies, Ok, fine. Who has time to play 30 cent dailies upon each login? And I’m sure they use the stated hourly time frame to avoid paying people also. So I began to build my dailies for the heck of it and playing the 30 cents per login after accepting each knowing they would pull more bs and yes it finally happened after a few weeks ... So now they have changed their dailies from a 1x play through to something between 5-20x without warning - best I can tell. I could never fully get the redeemed amount to match the balance no matter how much I played honestly. This casino is completely rigged and I now understand why they are labeled as a “trash casino” in reputable forums to avoid. Don’t waste your time!

It took them 5-6 days to finally reply to my negative review — where they reply near instantly to five star reviews. Def use of bots to increase reviews! I guess they needed the help of ChatGPT for their reply and it took a bit longer. There is no transparency with this casino, only moving the goal posts in order to not pay. Funny they sent me a “where have you been lately” email last week … spending money with other honest casinos, that’s where! I also learned they are on the banned casino lists of many groups. Def avoid!
