Poor service
No intimation after I placed the order and paid for it. Phone was not answered to, messages not responded to. Finally told that the refund is initiated but received no msg from my bank regarding receipt of payment

Fraud. Have made order, prepaid with upi. never recived the order. not got any communicationl. supports point to whats up messanger. they never reply, nor call, nor anything. Fraud website.

The packaging is not nice
The packaging is not nice. All the shampoos are leak since they didn't send the product packed in a box. Next time, Please do packed the items nicely in a box.

The outer package of the product was good. However, the spa cream has oozed out of the cap.. totally unexpected. There is a doubt that the product is real.
