If I could give zero stars I would. What started out as a great company selling great shoes turned into corporate greed and fraud. I, too, was scammed by their 5 for 5 program and then ghosted when I tried to redeem. SCAM and FRAUD. Do not support this company. CAVEAT EMPTOR

This company, Nisolo scammed customers out of $500 each. They sold a Five for Five - five years (two a year) for $500. I received three of the ten before they paused the delivery. Such a scam! Not a happy camper!

Another customer here who was scammed. I think it’s disgusting that the new company who bought out Nisolo after the foreclosure is trying to pretend like it never happened. Good luck running a brand but never being able to make social media comments visible lol

Also a victim of the scam. They took my money and then cancelled the program, refused to refund any money or deliver the bought shoes.

Add me to the long list of people scammed by Nisolo. They refuse to honor the Five for Five deal or issue a refund. Now I have to fight to get my $500 back.

Scammed by 5 for 5 program. Spent $500 for the program and got 2/10 items before the program went defunct and they decided not to reimburse anyone. And the shoes I got are honestly not very comfortable.

Like many others, I paid for the 5 for 5 membership and only got 3 out of 10 items before the company was sold. The new ownership is not only refusing to honor the promotion, but it also never communicated that the program was ending. They claim on the website that 5 for 5 customers receive a 25% discount (which is honestly insulting) but I haven't even received this. The shoes are pretty but two of the ones I received have broken parts after about a year to a year and a half of using them.

The new owners have determined they will not pay these debts, but are continuing to operate the Nisolo brand and tout it's "ethical practices". The company has since removed the proof of purchase for the membership from the website and only retained records of other physical items that were purchased.

They will not respond to further inquiries about a refund. The BBB has documented 443 complaints.

I was another person scammed by Nisolo, paying for their Five For Five membership, with the program being paused for 12 months and then discontinued. The company never communicated the discontinuation and when I reached out to inquire about the state of it, it is no longer being offered and they are not offering refunds. They stole $500 from me - and many others. Awful company and brand. Don't trust them one bit.

I bought into Nisolo's 5 for 5 program in April 2024 and received 2 products before they "temporarily" paused the program. Never heard from them again. I sent an email on 6/25/2025 asking about the program and received notice that Nisolo was bankrupt, sold, and no refunds given. They have cheated me out of 8 codes, and I am SOL! To add insult to injury, they offered me a 25% discount on future purchases. Why would I give this company any more of my hard-earned money? I consider this to be very unethical treatment from a company that espouses "ethical" business practices.

As for their products, the styles are nice, but the leather is very firm. I am still trying to break in the huaraches I received in 2024. Time to move on!

I purchased a $500 offer for 10 products in five years. The company then delayed delivering codes for products and then went through foreclosure and ended the program with no refunds for outstanding products undelivered. Yet somehow the brand can still sell new products.

Total scam - took my money and never delivered the shoes. They said the deal was canceled and that they would not be returning the money paid. Such a legit looking website but truly 100% a scam.

I was also scammed by Nisolo’s 5-for-5 program. The original company (that went bankrupt) only provided 2/10 codes and refused to provide a refund when the program abruptly ended. The new company using the Nisolo brand name refuses to honor the existing memberships and is only offering a 25% coupon code on future orders. They have not responded further to and would rather lose their previously loyal customers than provide the credits due. I tell everyone I know to run away from Nisolo.

They ripped off all of their Five for Five Customers. Did not provide products as promised or a refund of any kind. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I bought into the five for five program when it offered 10 items free over a five year period and it could be a bag or shoes regardless of the price. They later changed it to shoes only but I was in under the original program. They owe me 5 items and now they are only offering a 25% discount on an item. What a scam.

Another 5 for 5 that was repeatedly told this was a pause for them to redo the membership. There needs to be legal action taken to the company and payment made to the customers involved.

Talk about a huge disappointment. Used to seem to be a great company. I bought multiple pairs of shoes from them, recommended them to friends and family, gave shoes as gifts and then they scam me with this 5 for 5 situation when I decide to buy in further to its longterm success. And I believed them when they said it was only on pause for a year in 2024.

New owners use same branding, website, email list and sell discounted shoes on the site but don’t ship shoes that loyal customers ALREADY PAID FOR. How stupid is it for a company to screw over its most loyal customer base?

Trying to get my money back with a credit card dispute and either way will file a complaint with my state’s attorney general’s office. Shameful losers running this company. What a way to destroy a brand. I can only imagine how many of their suppliers they’ve screwed over who they’re supposed to be treating so well. If you’re reading this and you work there you should be ashamed of yourself.

Very disappointed with how Nisolo handled the end of the Five for Five program. They canceled it without notice, offered no refunds, and gave almost no communication. As a “consolation,” they offered a 25% lifetime discount, but the math doesn’t add up compared to the amount of money they pocketed from the membership fees. It showed a real lack of respect for loyal customers. I would not trust them with future purchases.
