Great Experience

I bought several pieces of clothing from Niswa Fashion for myself and my daughter. The quality of the fabrics is high quality and well designed. One of the bathing suits had a broken zipper and the company replaced it immediately. Buying online is always a risk even when the company is well known. Don't hesitate to place an order with this integrity-driven company.

I recommend Niswa

I ordered several hijabs from Niswa and they arrived to Canada quickly and are absolutely beautiful. I had a minor issue with a couple items and customer service was very responsive and went above and beyond to fix the issue. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I am very happy with the products and service I received.

I am a super happy customer

I am a super happy customer. Alhamdulillah for Niswa. I have purchased a dress, my fear has always been that not everyone gets the sizes right. But this dress was very appropriately made for my petite self 5’1”.
I have just recently took advantage of their amazing Black Friday sale and purchased 16 hijabs!! If I was to buy it anywhere else I would be totally broke and also not have a good quality hijab.

I am super pleased with the customer service as well. They reached out right away and helped as much as they could.

I will be back for more. And recommend it to others.

Comfy and Convenient

I absolutely love the fabric and the fit and finish of the abayas. I wear abayas on a daily basis and these are so convenient and comfortable to wear. The customer service is excellent! I ordered a wrong sized items but the team members were excellent in resolving my problem and worked with me. The customer service is usually not this efficient but the Niswa team went over and beyond my expectations.

Amazing quality products

Niswa’s products have always been extremely high quality and have been my first pick when shopping for any occasion. Additionally, their customer support is extremely helpful. Working with Niswa in the past, I have seen the care and quality put into every product!

Customer Service Support

I had a wonderful experience with Niswa’s customer service. They were very prompt in their email communications and requested specific information to resolve my issue. The outcome was positive therefore I recommend their business to every person seeking modest clothing and a great customer service experience!

I always recommend this business!

I am a former employee of Niswa Fashion and still a continued supporter of this incredible business! As an employee I had the opportunity to serve an array of loyal customers many of whom I grew to make meaningful connections with. The business owner is kind, intentional, and incredibly generous and has worked to create a positive environment to support women who strive to incorporate modesty into their wardrobe. Niswa Fashion is my go-to spot for everything from abayas and evening gowns to everyday hijabs/accessories. I cannot recommend them enough!

Amazing products and service

Not only is the customer service super helpful and kind, but the products are gorgeous. The material is of amazing quality and you can tell that everything is designed in-house because of its uniqueness. I've bought a couple dresses from here and each one has exceeded my expectations.

never ordering from here again!

horrible experience with this company. I ordered two dresses for Eid from here, the dresses were ordered three weeks in advance and I also paid for their DHL express worldwide shipping option which was posted to say that id receive the package from March 27th-29th, 3-5 business days. this was perfect for me and I didn't mind paying $66 if it meant id get it in time for Eid. it also was perfect because id be getting two weeks in advance so if I needed to make any alterations to the dresses id have plenty of time. I've also had many wonderful and prompt experiences from further locations than the USA with DHL so I was not worried as I knew they wouldn't disappoint me.

a day after I ordered it it had already reached a UPS warehouse in Canada, I've never had deliveries with UPS so I wasn't sure of the experience but I thought Id be okay as I had two weeks as a buffer anyways and if there were any issues it be fine as I still had time. my package was said to arrive March 28th but then it changed to April 1st, then I was not given an estimated delivery date, but then it was updated to April 13th after 4 days of no update. this frustrated me as that meant I would not have my package in time for Eid.

I contacted the Niswas fashion team to see if they could give me a refund as my package was way past the time frame of the service I had paid for. they were very prompt with their response but they told me that because the package had shipped to the UPS warehouse in Canada on March 25th it was no longer in their hands and if there were any issues id have to resolve it on my own. I was very frustrated as I was promised a service but was aired out when I tried to get a refund or compensation for a service I was not receiving. I would have even taken half of the shipping fee, or literally anything to make the horrible situation better. but they were not willing to give anything.

I finally received my package April 12th, but Eid was already over atp, and I was no longer excited to even see the dresses. I did try on the dresses and they did fit okay and they looked decent material wise, I wasn't upset about the quality of the dresses.

If you plan to purchase from this site id advise you to order a month ahead to make sure you receive your package before your event. Id also recommend just paying for the $14 international standard shipping as you'd receive it in the same time frame and you wouldn't be spending an absurd amount on shipping that you're not guaranteed. I personally will not be a returning customer as this experience was frustrating and upsetting and id rather not go through another situation like this.

Upon reviewing the details provided, we understand your frustration with the discrepancies in the delivery timeline provided by the carrier. Our team processed your order promptly and shipped it within the specified timeframe. However, as you may be aware, once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, the delivery timeline is subject to their processes and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during transit which we have no control over on our end once it leaves our facility.

We acknowledge your disappointment over missing the intended occasion and empathize with your situation. It's important to note that we shipped your order out the very same day so it reaches you promptly. We had been experiencing delay with DHL not picking up your shipment in time which impacted the delivery timeline. While UPS promptly picked up the shipment same day, however it encountering a delay at the Customs border is a situation beyond our control.

In efforts to expedite your order, we shipped it on the same day as your order was placed, understanding the urgency of your order during the month of Ramadan. We also provided expedited services through UPS to ensure swift delivery.

Unfortunately, Canada's Customs procedures can sometimes result in unexpected delays, as they require additional information from the recipient to release the shipment. We were prompt in providing all necessary documentation from our end, but the release process is ultimately dependent on the recipient's communication with UPS as well.

We strive to go above and beyond for every customer and regret any inconvenience caused by this situation. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will continue to improve our processes to minimize such occurrences in the future.
