It's important to note that we shipped your order out the very same day so it reaches you promptly. We had been experiencing delay with DHL not picking up your shipment in time which impacted the delivery timeline. While UPS promptly picked up the shipment same day, however it encountering a delay at the Customs border is a situation beyond our control.
In efforts to expedite your order, we shipped it on the same day as your order was placed, understanding the urgency of your order during the month of Ramadan. We also provided expedited services through UPS to ensure swift delivery.
Unfortunately, Canada's Customs procedures can sometimes result in unexpected delays, as they require additional information from the recipient to release the shipment. We were prompt in providing all necessary documentation from our end, but the release process is ultimately dependent on the recipient's communication with UPS as well.
