I have bought 2 of the Nitecore chargers specifically to charge 21700 batteries as these chargers actually accept this size not like others that are supposed to but the batteries are too big to fit, I am so happy that these Nitecore chargers are absolutely brilliant great site fast delivery they are the Muttz Nuttz ( compliment) thank you so much for brilliant products .

Purchased an EDC 37 and unfortunately managed to break the oled glass display cover. I reached out to Nitecore who rapidly sent out a replacement part free of charge. With full fitting instructions.Thank you Nitecore!! Outstanding customer service and communication 😀

Quite apart from the excellent product the service I got when I messed up my payment - entirely my fault - was extremely rapid, friendly and 100% effective. Very impressed and will not hesitate to use them again.

I have a Nitecore EDC 29 Flashlight and the partial press button that toggles through the light intensities failed.
I emailed Nitecore, they emailed straight back and asked for the serial number.
I sent it, they confirmed immediately that the torch was still under warranty and sent a return label (via royal mail app)
I posted the Flashlight on Monday. The following day I had an email from Emma to say a replacement was on the way. If Royal Mail do their part, I should have the replacement within 48 Hours of posting the one with the fault.
Not an exciting story but very prompt and friendly service. Excellent.

Arrived on time fully charged used on a trip on the Ross on Wye river to keep my GoPro running. Worked perfect very happy with the power bank

I love my BP23 Pro it carries everything I need perfectly. It looks great and I love the internal organising sections and the hook and loop fastening to allow fixing small pouches internally to help with organisation.

I had a small issue with the zip and Nitecore were so quick and helpful resolving the issue (thanks Antony for your support on this)

Nu50- with in 2 years product starts falling apart like, broken bracket , part around rubber switch broken which makes it practically useless. Its heavy because of battery and light as one unit and it keeps sliding down from your forehead and tightening the band starts to hurt. Sensor in the light keeps it switching between intensities when you are in close proximity with a surface which is annoying.Better brands out there, keep looking.

I bought some Nitecore 18650 Li-ion Battery 3400mAh. They were expensive compared with the standard ones on offer over the web. However it turned out to be money very well spent as they make the run-time on my flash-light around 50% longer, perhaps even 75% meaning I get most of the night for mammal-spotting on one set of batteries.

The flashlight world is an expensive hobby / addiction to have and my overall preferred company is Nitecore for my products. I had a good experience with Drew @ Nitecore UK (AJC Trading) with a faulty item. Turned out it was a deliberate design feature and not faulty, but I wasn’t sure. I was still offered a return and refund was done within an hour of them receiving it back. All Good.
