Bought a couple of Nitcore Tube mini torches. One was faulty, worked for a few days but wouldn't charge. The other is fine, works well, nice and bright. Lightweight. Easy to carry. Easy to use.
I mentioned the faulty device and a new replament arrived within three days.

I have just purchased my third EDC bag from Nitecore and my eleventh product from the Company. Everything I have purchased I’m delighted with from the smallest Titanium key-ring torch to large military flashlights and from a cool rucksack perfect for a commute to a spacious 7litre carry bag for documents, a tablet or other valuables. The Company’s design are brilliant, the technology reliable and perfect and the quality just out of this world. Take it from me - you can’t buy better. Simply awesome!

I left a comment on Nitecore's Facebook post regarding a Fujifilm battery to see if they were expecting to get any in stock again.

I had a message a couple of days later to let me know that they would be receiving a new delivery in a couple of weeks.

They then messaged me about 10 days later to let me know that they were back in stock online and ready to be ordered.

I ordered one a couple of days later and it arrived shortly after that.

I've had a chance to use the battery a couple of times now and it works perfectly, I'll be putting it through it's paces over the coming weeks as I go out on some photography trips.

So far so good though and I'm impressed with the response from Nitecore to actually let me know when they were available again, might seem like a simple thing but so many companies now can't even seem to get the basics like communication right these days that it's nice when you find one that does.

I've been looking at their head torches for a while now for work and exploring and this has certainly made me more confident to buy from them in the future.

I love nitecore products for night time wildlife spotting. I have the LR12 handheld torch and recently bought the NU40 head torch too. Delivery is fast and customer service is good. The 4000 mAh battery is invaluable whilst doing field work with limited electricity. The only comments I have are that the strap on the head torch is hard to adjust and the twist settings on the handheld torch a little hard to operate. Website descriptions could generally be improved to make clear whether the torch is designed for spotlighting or broader illumination. Overall highly recommend nitecore products!

Great product, just what I was looking for.

Prompt delivery - easy process

I recently purchased a Nitecore product (a specialist charging cable). As always the item was exactly as described and does exactly what it is meant to (It's a Nitceore item, they all do exactly what they should). Service was fast and fuss free, as it always is. 5 stars all round.

Made a purchase on Amazon 2 and half years ago. EDC27. A superb "Hand Canon" of a torch. All was good and for what ever reason the front lens got marked and would not go into Turbo Mode. As it was over 2 years ago to be honest I had "0" thoughts about anything being done as Amazon's Website directed me to manufacturer in a very non comital way. Nitecore could not have been more helpful. From first contact with Drew at Nitcore after my explanation. Within 24h a brand new replacement torch was on its way. If only other companies were as 5 Star as Nitecore. Legends.

Excellent products, I love this company, so pleased I purchased two of their products. Both the NB 10000 power bank, and the 5000 Air. Essential for travel anywhere. Shipping was also fast and efficient. Great company.

love the design and function but....
the touch pad style button is too easily pressed meaing sometimes you'll press it as ur putting it away and if you dont notice by the time you next pull it out it'll be dead
plus when i charge my old phone the power bank makes a quite unpleasnt rining noise, the noise is defintly comming from the power bank and not the phone however i do think its perhaps my phone to blame as no noise is made from charging other devices
however the small size and low weight are really impressive for the speed of charging and charge capacity

Have several nitecore head torches one of which i have used every day for nearly 8 years the great thing is you can still buy the headbands and the torch mount which is brilliant it last all day to on a single charge. Always had great service and communication to.
