Bad customer service

Love the product + it made me feel better. Got a notice to update my payment info, clicked on it and could not get it to work. Reached out for help via email due to not finding a phone number. They sent me a discount code. Still could not get it to work. I ordered same product via Amazon. ***My credit card was compromised at this same time. Coincidense ?

Careful

Careful. Nivie is a scam. They promise a refund on their website if you are not satisfied. I have contacted them for a refund and have been ghosted. Telltale sign of a scam.

I love the product but not the customer suppert

I love the product and it made me start to feel better after around the second month but my issues are with the billing part. I was on a subscription once a month bottle sent, when third month time came they sent email that payment would not process, nothing changed with my payment. I reached out to customer support and no one ever got back to me, Not a Happy customer at all.

Im not sure why there are so many bad…

Im not sure why there are so many bad reviews?? I originally ordered them for my thyroid, I have sleep disorder as well. I have tried absolutely everything for my sleep, I finally gave up. I have been taking my mineral drops for about a month now, my sleep score has gone from a consistent 49% to 77%. Im afraid to stop taking the drops.

Bad Experience! Do NOT Recommend.

I thought I was lucky to get such a big discount on 6 months' worth of tanning drops. Turns out I'm not so lucky! I started using the tanning drops as directed on the bottle and even gave a bottle to a friend to try. We were both nauseous and violently ill for days. To the point that we were vomiting and unable to eat. I reached out to the company via email, and they said I could not return the unopened packs nor receive a refund. I fought back and they were willing to give me a 20% refund. When I went back to their website to check the ingredients etc. the tanning drops were no longer available. This makes me think that the company knew something was wrong with this product, put it on sale and left customers violently ill. After more research, this looks like a rebranded bottle. There are other companies selling the exact same product, in the exact same bottle! This is horrifying. I do not recommend buying anything from this company.

Great customer service

I haven't used the drops yet. I'm currently waiting to try them until after I get an appointment with a functional medicine doctor and/or speak with my current endocrinologist; however, I had reached out with some questions hoping to learn more. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of concern and detail in the email from Nivie. Sandra not only answered my questions, but gave me specifics in a very personal and caring email. I really appreciate the customer service and it makes me want to become a customer even more.

Positive experience with customer service

After reading reviews on this company I was doubtful that I would have a satisfactory response interacting with customer service. However, to my surprise I was very impressed with Sandra, the rep who handle my issue timely and fairly. I did not experience any negative actions that were described. I will continue to use this product because of my positive experience and see if the product holds up to its claim.

I purchased the Nivie minerals at the wonderful deal buy one get one because it's a great savings. Unfortunately, I was unable to take the product due to stomach upset. I contacted Nivie and began communicating with Sandra. She was able to get me a refund on the unopened product and was excellent at her communication and customer service!

I wish I could do a ZERO review. These people are all over FB, with sad stories of Thyroid disease. It’s a scam! This product has Ethanol in their product. They then refuse to take this dangerous product back. Buyer beware! Read labels before you buy any product. These people are praying on our diagnosis only. Terrible company, dangerous product!

It's actually working!

I'm not sure why everyone writes bad reviews about this brand, for me it was great. Love the mineral drops, already on my third bottle, and had really good experience with customer service team, thank you guys, already recommended the minerals to all my family

Same thing as everyone else

Same thing as everyone else. They take your money, act like they are sending product, but the tracking number never works and you can only contact them by email.
Their automated response “team” says “oh yah we see there is a problem with your order, a real human will be with you in 4 hours!”
Nope.
And a quick visit of their website to try to find contact info will result in your phone number being barraged with offers of 10 or 15percent off, AFTER you’ve already ordered.

Just hope my bank card dispute holds and I get my hard earned money back.

I really did want copper/zinc drops, so it’s disappointing.

Not organic not natural

Not organic not natural. They will ship you their old product and then when you ask questions, they will admit that they sent you a product that is not on their website. Here’s a snippet from their response to me - “Here’s what’s happening: we’re currently shipping our original proven formula while our enhanced version (which offers improved bioavailability) is being prepared for distribution. Both formulas use the same premium, natural ingredients that make Nivie special.“
In addition, they use synthetic ingredients, not organic and not natural. Cyanocobalamin is synthetic. Do not buy from this company. False advertising.

Seamless ordering but disappointed so far in the product

Absolutely no ordering issues (I’m in Australia). Been using for 3 weeks and yet to see any results. Will finish the bottle but I’m not hopeful.
