Different companies have different prices, our prices are set to be convenient for customers, while allowing us to hold up our high standards. This means that we keep our prices the lowest possible to allow us to offer the high quality service we offer, such as great customer service, fast delivery, quality products, adequate and fast resolution of potential issues, and many other benefits that our customers enjoy.
While we appreciate that there are others out there offering lower prices than us, we feel lowering prices more than what they are at the moment will be detrimental on our customers as they will have to be content with a mediocre service and that is not what we stand for. Notwithstanding, we are continuously looking at how we can make our prices better than what they are at the moment. We strongly believe that as we grow we will be able to offer our customers even more incredible deals and prices, while maintaining our high standards.

Reliable delivery. Superb packaging. Excellent service
No surprises. The Vegetables were fresh, the meat products were still frozen. The dry products were properly separated from the cold. The prices were affordable and competitive. My go-to for my monthly african groceries shopping. No more trekking through muddy Dalston market! Lol!

I ordered Friday at 10am and paid for…
I ordered Friday at 10am and paid for next day delivery. Its Tuesday and still hasn't arrived

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us.
You placed your order on a Friday, and our policy which is clearly stated on our website says NEXT WORKING DAY delivery. Saturday isn't a working day and Parcelforce (our delivery partner) don't work on weekends.
Our policy also states that all orders placed after 11am on Thursdays are automatically carried over to the following week and processed on Mondays to be delivered on Tuesday.
We can also confirm that this customer did get their parcel a few hours after placing this review. We tried reaching out to them but have been unsuccessful in doing so.
We wouldn't withhold a customer's parcel as that wouldn't be beneficial to us and we are all about building trust with our customers.

The order came early and the food…
The order came early and the food stuffs are great except for the fresh vegetables and peppers that are not fresh again but when I complained I was told fresh vegetables arrive every Sundays that I can order on weekends to get the fresh ones.
