Outstanding Service and an Amazing Experience
I recently purchased a vehicle from Jakub, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine friendliness and professionalism. Jakub went above and beyond to ensure I found the right car that fit both my needs and my budget.
Jakub was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and guided me through the process with transparency and honesty.
The car was in immaculate condition, exactly as described, and he even followed up after the sale to make sure everything was going well. That level of customer care really sets them apart.

So pleased we came across this dealership after having a terrible experience with a different dealership. I enquired through email about a car and was called back promptly by Jakub. Questions on the car was answered and any pictures were sent over. We went and had a look and was reassured any issues would be resolved. We booked an aa inspection to be sure. There wasn't many and was sorted out before pick up. Jakub was a really good help and I would recommend this dealership

Recently acquired a car from Peterborough. Dealt with Tulica, and what a guy he is. His knowledge and customer service is second to none. Absolute gentleman, was straight and honest, went over the hills to make sure the car was perfect for when I collected it, was great with my family, involving them into conversations and showing my son around the very smart cars they have in the showroom. I purchased a vehicle from NMG, and within 24 hours, the engine management light came on. Concerned, I took the car to a trusted garage—only to find out that the coil springs were fractured. What’s even more alarming is that this vehicle supposedly passed an MOT on the same day I bought it.
❗ How does a car with broken coil springs pass an MOT? This raises serious questions about the integrity of the inspection and the safety of the vehicles sold.
This isn't just disappointing—it's potentially dangerous. If you've bought from NMG and experienced similar issues, please report the dealership to the DVSA. It’s crucial to hold sellers accountable who are putting people’s safety at risk.
📢 I'm in the process of reporting this as a suspected MOT scam and will also notify DVSA about the possibility of unsafe or illegal parts being sold.

To clarify:
All MOTs are carried out by independent, government-approved MOT testing stations, not by Noya Motor Group or any of our internal staff. These stations are fully licensed and regulated by the DVSA, and we have no influence over the outcome of their inspections.
If any issue such as a fractured coil spring has been identified after purchase, we encourage customers to contact us directly so that we can investigate and resolve matters fairly and properly. We have no record of you reaching out to report these concerns prior to this public post.
We take vehicle safety and compliance extremely seriously, and we do not tolerate or engage in any illegal activity, nor would we risk our reputation or customers’ safety.
Should you wish to discuss this constructively, we are more than happy to speak with you and assist where appropriate. Making unsubstantiated claims of fraud or “scams” without evidence is both damaging and misleading.

Sale of my Jaguar XJ
TJ called me to discuss the car I was selling. He wasn't pushy and understood my desire to get a decent price. We agreed to keep in touch and after a few weeks, he got back in touch. Again, no heavy pressure and very professional. We agreed a price, subject to the condition of the car and whilst the first buyer fell through, he quickly found a 2nd, who purchased the car. A very easy and pleasant experience that I would recommend Noya Motor Group and TJ to anyone trying to sell a premium car.

Went to Noya Motor Group today with the intention of just test driving a car to see if my wife would like it, not knowing about this company we were very surprised at how helpful and informative their senior sales consultant Tulica was.
Knowing that his job is to sell this car to us we were met with a man who was exceptional in the way he dealt with us and was very honest about what he did and did not know ( no bullshit ) he advised us well and reduced the price of the car due to minor issues which can easily be dealt with and yes we went ahead and was very happy with the purchase and my wife is buzzing about her new car.
