I can only give this review one star. I had been dealing with Aaron first last year when I purchased this item and it doesn’t work in Cubase 13 nor 14. I have chased various times and all I was told is we are developing an NNAUD.io installer so that the products install properly. This was last summer the first I heard about it. I then chased Aaron again later in September only to find out from Ryan that they were still working on the installer but Aaron had now left the company. I suspect that when he left, he left with the companies address book because Aaron has been emailing me. about his offering of apps etc. Now I don’t remember giving my permission for this to happen. In the U.K. this would be considered a data breach.
Fast forward to this year and I wrote to Ryan again to ask where the installer was and I was told that if is nearly going to be released. Strange that was position last year.
Anyway I am still unable to use this plugin because something is missing either the hr1 file or the software doesn’t work.
I wrote to Ryan again this week on Monday and as per the website it says we will answer within 24 hours. Nothing. I chased Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. On Thursday I had to make a threat of writing a bad review of this product if I hadn’t heard within 24 hours. 24 hours elapsed and nothing.
Not only does their software not work they can’t even acknowledge that they have your request and will be back to you within 48 hours. Not a bean was heard for them.
Bad software and extremely bad customer service. Don’t they understand the Deming principe the one where the person who is offended by the service received. They tell all of their relatives which could be between 12 to 20 people. Those 20 people tell their friends and family which could be 50. The original person also tells their friends and that could be another 20-30 people. Of this people one works at a recording company and tells their friends and decided not to use NNAUD.io. All told a 1000 people could know that this company offers products that don’t work and that they don’t meet their service standards. That then leads to the company folding. Last year Dymai Sounds disappeared, Kirk Hunter is shutting up and looking for a buyer, Rigid Audio also shut up shop but was bought out by Audio Plugin Deals, VST Buzz also went out of business which eventually became part of Audio Plugin Deals as we found out earlier this year, Pulse Audio sold out to Audio Pluging Deals. There were quite a few companies who went to the wall last year leaving people high and dry.
I have even let NNAUD.io that there might be a fault 8n the software because it is made using synth Edit. For Cubase you have to add an extra piece coding which might be why this plugin doesn’t work.
However, I cannot and will not recommend this product or any other products sold by NNAUD.io to anyone and you should go elsewhere. This isn’t the only plugin that doesn’t work but I am reviewing this because this company doesn’t understand customer service and try to fix the software. I will also be posting this to Trust Pilot as the owner of this website might take this review of their product down.
I can’t even post my review to their website even though I used my actual email address to publish my review I get a message that says I can only publish a review to their website if I use the email address that I purchased it with. They obviously do not like bad reviews.
