Blackview BV9300 pro is a brick..Weighs in at over 500 grams, The difference between this an a pound of butter is the phone doesn't melt. Side buttons are always in the way, NFC, control is smack dab in the middle of the unit so you cannot put a mag plate there, not that that matters as it would fall off due to the weight. The weight comes from the battery, obviously, 15k + has to weigh at least 512g.
But is the battery size worth it? As I write it has used 13% of the fully charged battery in 11 hours, and will take equally as long to charge up again. I don't think I could give this away in good conscience ☹️.
I am only here because I couldn't find a review input on Noco Site, Great delivery, great transfer of cash, lousy product.

They are fine, no issues for me.

I have used NOCO a few times and have found Alan easy to deal with and has been pretty accommodating with warranty stuff and returns.
You could probably find most of the stuff cheaper on Ali Express if you don't mind waiting a few weeks and wanna roll the dice with warranty claims.

I have ordered 4 phones for myself and family members from noco and everytime they have delivered the phones on the 2nd or 3rd day at the most! The packaging is always excellent! I was supposed to write a review last year but never got around to it.Me and my family will continue to order from them in the future aswel. They are very efficient, quick and easy their site makes everything so easy! Thank you so much Noco and the team you guys are ooooon!!!! 🤙🤙

Bad customer service.

Contacted them using the site contact box which says should get a repply within couple hours and after two working days no repply.
Will choose another supplier.

I bought a NOCO genius 1

I bought a NOCO genius 1. I used it to keep my Motor Bike battery charged. The product works excellently. However, I managed to break off one of the pins on the three pin points of the plug. I contacted Noco and they replaced the unit within five days. Good customer service.

NOCO Genius 5 charger

Stopped working, thought it might be the battery. Bought new AGM and installed.
Connected it up, all seemed normal. After about an hour I noticed a very ear piercing squeal from the battery accompanied by a dreaded sulphur smell. So this charger killed the original battery (22 reg bike) and a new battery. DANGEROUS product.

I have contacted them and have a support ticket. If the resolve this issue I will amend this review otherwise this thing is scrap.

Having electronics qualifications out the wazzoo if they do t get back to me I will tear it down and expose any dirty secrets through my youtube. I do not have any faith as they don't seem to care about any of us.

Dont buy from this company, terrible service, everything somehow has water damage, so surprise surprise they dont have to replace or pay out. If you buy from them you are throwing your money and time away. Just don't do it.

Terrible support!
For a company that is supposedly a Top-Tier company:
There is no live support.
Emails take 5 days to get a reply.
Warranty response is now on 21-days and counting.

2 Noco GB20 jump starters faulty

Have bought 2 Noco GB20 jump starters. Worked brilliantly for 6 months.
First one now has a broken power button, flashlight works, jump starting doesn't.
Second one doesn't charge anymore, just dead.

Customer support is a shambles, it’s a shame!

After being a massive fan of the NoCo jump packs, I’m gutted to have to write this bad review. But sadly it’s the Truth!

I’ve had several of there products, and a couple have died outside of warranty. It is what it is, however, after my GB150 3000amp jump pack died with 3 months left on the warranty (just stopped accepting a charge) - I thought i would be able
To contact NoCo and sort a warranty claim.

The online chat bot told me I needed to register the product and then emailed the support@ and info@ email address with the warranty details to start the claim.

I did this at the beginning of September ‘23.
3 weeks go by and no reply, so I sent another email, (clicked the email address on there website to make sure it was sent to the correct address, again, time goes by and no reply.

After forgetting about it for a while, November I decide to give it a try as the warranty is soon to run out, and this time I get a reply! So I send back all the details the customer service rep asked for, and a week goes by, I send another email, and no reply again.

I contact NoCo via their instagram page, and after a week I get a reply, and a helpful person manages to get a member of the NoCo support team to email me, so again, I reply, and send all the screen shots of previous emails and the product registration details etc.

And guess what, 2 weeks later, and again, radio silence. No reply.

This is beyond a joke now, it’s a £300+ item, which has now just ran out of warranty, so it looks like I’m going to have to go through trading standards.

It’s a shame, so be warned. Good products untill they need repair or you need help.

Bought the NOCO Genius 1 uk earlier this year. Worked fine for @5 months, then it stopped charging my motorbike batteries. I though it was a problem with the bike batteries so I replaced two of them, one with a new £110 Lithium battery.

Put the lithium battery on trickle charge as it's on a bike I don't ride in the Autumn / Winter. Came to check it 4 weeks later and the NOCO hadn't been charging the battery. Lithium battery now dead and unable to recover.

Emailed Noco with photos, proof of purchase etc, and they haven't replied. Just phoned their London number 4 times (020 3766 8268) but just rings twice and then drops the call.

So now left with a useless charger and new lithium battery which have to be skipped!!

Brilliant customer support

My Genius 10 failed right at the end of its 3 year warranty so I contacted Customer Service and after a few emails they have agreed to send me a new replacement charger. The Customer service dept have been amazing. Due to me being in the UK they did not expect me to incur unreasonable postage cost so all I had to do was send them a photo of the cables cut off the charger and now I have had confirmation a replacement is being dispatched to me. I have read older posts complaining about customer service but they have obviously changed and I would say that now they are definitely from my experience a 5 star company.

So just to update my previous review I can confirm I received my replacement charger by recorded delivery within 7 days of Noco agreeing my warranty claim. I found the claims process very easy and customer services did exactly as they promised.

As others have stated customer service is really BAD
ITS a long and very slow ordeal , so don’t except you will get fast service ,it’s more like watching paint dry.
It should not be so draw out to get a replacement and shipped ,without waiting weeks to even get it sent out ,once warranty is approved, again like watching paint dry. Will not recommend there product any more.

I've purchased 3 different NOCO…

I've purchased 3 different NOCO products, one of them is used nightly outdoors as a trickle charger on my 6.6L Duramax engine battery as she has battery issues when colder than -30C. I've been using the product for many years without any issues. I can't speak on warranty issues as I've never had an issue with the product.

SCAM DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It's a SCAM. NOCO will not return my email request for support. Walmart will not allow return on it. It is"Non-eturnable"
And the NOCO website will not give you a refund if you bought it at walmart.
Plus you have to pay 12 dollars recycling fee if you buy the little battery without an exchange
MOST IMPORTANTLY NOCO says you will void the warranty if you try to charge it with anything other than THEIR chargers.

The NOCO "Hassle-Free Warranty" is a work of fiction.

I purchased the NOCO Genius 1 in late May. The unit worked as expected for about two months. Then, for no apparent reason, it stopped working. The battery connected to it went dead. I went back and forth via email with Chris G, NOCO Customer Support Supervisor, for a week without resolution. I don't know if the NOCO Genius 1 is bad by design or if I simply received a bad one, but I know NOCO Customer Support is terrible. The NOCO "Hassle-Free Warranty" is a work of fiction.

I resolved my situation by purchasing a battery maintainer from another manufacturer.
