Superb Claim experience
First ever claim. Not sure what to expect.
Claim resulted from a broken mast. Very fast and efficient response from Noble meant I was able to secure the last replecement mast section in the UK avoiding huge delay and extra costs.

Noble’s response to my claim was efficient and supportive throughout. Broken mast was replaced with a suitable alternative. Speedy decision making and prompt communication enabled me to sail the following week.

Noble Marine responded very quickly to my claim and said something nice like the incident must have been horrid. Everyone was polite and helpful on the phone and I was pleased that you pursued the third party to pay up as it was actually quite a nasty incident .
