I purchased a mobile phone case from NOCO. I already had a fantastic Spigen armour case with sliding camera lens cover, but it is black and I have had difficulty locating it, blending as it does into its background. So I purchased a gold coloured case advertised as rugged from NOCO with an incorporated stand. It is possibly not their fault that the envelope arrived (quickly) in my letterbox open where it is meant to be sealed, so the case could have easily slipped out at any point during travel. I slipped the case out of the envelope and started to gently open the stand, which fell apart into two pieces. It was not broken, just that the parts easily came away from the case and each other, and it was difficult to put them back together. The camera lens sliding cover was also a little flimsy, but worked. The overall quality did not come up to the standard of Spigen's, but as they say, "You get what you pay for". NOCO's email upon delivery stated that any problems, contact them, so sceptically I emailed that I would like to return for a refund. To my delight, they responded quickly, and returned my money in full. That deserves top marks. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is because of the packaging fault and the less than "rugged" case, in my opinion.
