Ordered a bed a year or so ago and was very pleased with the service and quality of the bed. So when it was time to order a new bed for our daughter we went back to Nodax. Bed arrived next day just like before and we're very pleased with the look and quality! Daughter loves it!! Was very easy to put together and quicker than the last bed we bought previously, as they now use a rachet tool instead of the allen key. I'm quite impressed with the rachet, as there's many jobs I can use it for. Whereas the allen key would have gone in the bin just like the last one after using it once to build the bed.

The bed was scratched in one visible…
The bed was scratched in one visible area and there was a visible indent in another visible part. On the whole the bed would be good and solid but they packed it like that as there were no signs of damage on the boxes when delivered. Disappointing.

Excellent communication from Nodax…
Excellent communication from Nodax throughout the process. The bed is now up and looks great. It's strong and sturdy and as a small double makes the small room it is in look like a proper double room

Great bed and customer service
Really solid well made bed and great customer service and communication from Magda. I accidentally put the wrong delivery address on the order, but I emailed Nodax to please amend it and Magda responded straight away with confirmation of the new delivery address. In the world of faceless online companies that do not respond to emails it is refreshing to use a small company who offer good customer service. The bed is really well priced too!

Very easy to put together
I bought the super king, it was very easy to put together, I did this alone and managed fine. Solid sturdy bed. If buying a super king or king size make sure they send extra washers. Couple of washers missing but they sent some out in the post.

Easy assembled sturdy bed
Delivery was relatively quick and the bed was so easy to assemble, but at the same time made from good quality material and sturdy.

Good service Delivery was fast and friendly. Bed frame was easy to ensemble. Friendly and eco package. Bed seams fine may be one of negatives for my point of view is that the heathers gap is to big and the pillows falls from the bed. We got the extra space for under is well
Made and useful. Just need to have some time to see the strength of the bed. For now all is good.

Very pleased with my order. I noticed an error on delivery address after placing, emailed customer services and had a reply within minutes. Decent quality for flat pack furniture and good value for money.

The bed frame was of high quality
The bed frame was of high quality. Got a call from the company when I ordered it to make sure I am aware of the size of the bed (European size). Happy I ordered it along with mattress from the same company. No issue with my delivery at all everything went as planned and the delivery guys were great too.

Quick delivery and good communication
Quick delivery and good communication. The bed is sturdy and fairly easy to assemble. This is our second bed from Nodax; the first one has proved sturdy and durable for our adult son, and we have therefore bought the second one for our teenage daughter.

Well made solid bed
Well made solid bed and easy to put together for one person. No problem with the delivery and I had a courtsey phone call from the business which was a nice touch. Only thing I'd recommend to Nodax is to upgrade the supplied allen key as it stripped after 3 bolt uses.

Failed delivery, but…
Sadly I did not receive my order due to DX failing to deliver the product in its entirety, leading to me having to reject delivery.
Thankfully Magda at the company handled the situation well. From what I can see, the products look great and maybe I will return in the future but their courier does seem to let them down at times so perhaps they need to address this situation before the courier starts to effect their reputation - they are certainly losing them money.
