Hi, My name is McKenzie Moss, and today I will be talking about Nogu.studio and their skeptical business. This had all started when I was scrolling through Youtube, and on the Youtube shorts page was a video surrounding a jewelry product collection called “Firefly glass”. So I checked out their website, and their jewelry was very cute along with their other jewelry collections. But, the next day, I felt skeptical about the website, because the Nogu.Studio had no reviews besides the positive reviews, at first I shrugged them off, but when I went to their social medias when I got home, Something clearly clicked to the point that this isn’t just a fake reviews, but red flags themselves!
So, the first thing that I need to mention is that when you go to their social media page, they have multiple subscribers and followers, but they have little to comments based on their jewelry, and how can a social media channel have many likes and followers, but no reviews or comments. like seriously?! How are you going to have multiple views and followers, if you have no comments?! That makes literally no sense whatsoever!
Another thing that I would like to point out is that their comments on their official website have little to no comments, and when they do have comments there are only positive reviews, which clearly shows that they are doing either sketchy business or they added bots to their websites. That’s when I dug even deeper, I looked at a website with company reviews called “Trust pilot”, and most of the bad reviews said that either their jewelry product materials were cheap, are too small in size, or Nogu.studio’s website was full of bad customer service. Not only that, but the jewelry prices from Nogu ranged around $20-$50!
So, based on my observations, Nogu was a scamming website that gave people useless reviews, falsely advertising their products, and having overpriced jewelry with cheaply made materials. So, If you are looking for cute and unique jewelry, then keep looking, because As NerdECrafter from YouTube would say, this website’s jewelry products would go In the trash!

P.S I didn’t buy their products, I wanted to warn the consumer from buying their products

I bought a silver, crystal pearl anklet with 80eur and what I received was a cheap, anklet made in China that looks like a trinket, tiny pearls in a rubber band. I was appalled. I have received products with much higher quality from China directly, big natural stones. I've paid less for larger pearls with a golden lock from Europe. I give to charity directly. No cause justifies for overpricing products this much. This will always remind me to stick to jewelry sellers I know.

I purchased $ 200 worth of merchandise and received within 30 minutes after delivery I e mailed them because the FREE UV light didn’t work. I was told I had to produce a video which I sent twice ( they couldn’t open it ) and a link to show me how to turn in the light ( common sense )
I can only imagine what I gave to do if issues with the glass itself.
I also noticed that NO negative reviews on their website… why ??
Definitely won’t do business with them again.. poor customer service and rude

The first bracelet I purchased was gorgeous. It was for my granddaughter who shares the same birthday month as me.

I received 3 NOGU products for Christmas, and have gotten hooked! I have placed a few orders since. Communication is excellent. Emails/texts are replied to fast, sometimes within an hour. Most of the products look as pretty as, or even nicer than, the pictures on the site. A couple weren't, but still quality items. The last order came in yesterday and it was totally beautiful. It was the February Bracelet of the Month subscription. The one area that needs improvement is the shipping. Once the email comes in letting you know the order is packed and ready to ship, it still sits at the company for a couple of days before it is actually shipped. Don't understand this practice, and I've talked with others who aren't pleased with it. Overall, it's a great company.

Nogu bracelets are so sparkly and beautiful. Also they last a long time. I always wear mine in the shower and when I sleep, I love them!

1st I absolutely love everything I have purchased so far, bracelets, earrings and necklaces my friends and family love them too. customer service is excellent, products are beautiful and the companies mission to our sea, animals and hungry children is amazing.
But I was a little disappointed, when I ordered multiple firefly bracelets as presents and only received 1 light. luckily I had extra from all of mine.

I bought several firefly bracelets for Christmas for my friends and they j7st l9ved them! I also got a couple maid glass bracelets they are so pretty and well made! Shipping was fast and everything was perfect
