I have been using NIMS for about 8 years, they always have the cheapest prices, best customer service, and quick delivery. I’ve never had any hassles and I appreciate they’re putting the customer experience first! Highly recommend!!!

I wouldn't buy a bandaid from this company. No customer service and flat out lies about shipping arrivals. When I called as I needed this product for a surgical wound I was hung up on. Let's put them out of business!!!!

Bought a Portable Oxygen concentrator and it always had the alarm go off. I called them to complain and requested a return and refund and was told I could not return it because of Covid-19. It is junk and now I am down $1895.00. They are crooks and no wonder they rate a F rating from BBB!

Worst transaction I've had in twenty years!!!!!! They don't care about customer satisfaction, or returns. YOU pay to return AND they charge 20% for the privilege!! Be EXTREMELY SURE you have the right item when you order or they will stick it to you. Go to e-bay or Amazon and stay away from here!!!!!!

I recently needed to purchase a Bi-Pap machine. This was the only company to stock the machine that I wanted. The staff was extremely helpful, professional, and even priced matched their competitors. I called in the afternoon. Asked for overnight shipping and received the device the next day. I will buy my supplies and any other medical devices from them.

Nick answered all my questions. Even suggested a brand new Airsense 11 by Resmed CPAP machine. It was a great deal and told me what bundles go with it. I asked for next day shipping. On a recent hospital stay I was places on the Luna II cpap machine , boy what an improvement over what I was used to at home. As soon as I came home from the hospital I found No Insurance Medical on the internet. They had the best price on the Luna ll, and in stock. I called and talked with Nick Ginberg about this unit and ordered it on Wed at 11:48 am, at 12:39 PM I got a conformation e mail with a tracking number. On Fri at 3:15 UPS delivered my new Luna ll cpap machine. This is the best service that I have ever had from any other order on the net.
