'No Insurance Medical Supplies' was always excellent. Very reliable. Extremely responsible and responsive customer service. Always on time. They never made a single mistake with my orders.

Game changer for my Mom!
Game changer for my Mom with regard to finding the best portable oxygen machine.
The owner Alex was fully engaged in listening to Mom’s personable needs and Jeanette was super quick w email replies and follow up. They lent us a machine before we bought one. Alex recommended the Oxymizer to compliment the new machine and it really maximized oxygen while saving the battery.
I really can not say enough about the service and amazing outcome. I highly recommend these folks for all your respiratory needs.

Very poor customer service
Product ordered on 8-5-19, was not shipped until I called on 8–14-19, received on 8-19-19, verified wrong item with customer rep-Rosti. Sent Rosti pictures and never heard back. Asked again on 8-26-19, no call back. Asked again on 9-3-19, Rosti said Coleen had been trying to reach me but no calls were on my phone, all of a sudden I had a call on my home phone. I was transferred around 3 times when Rosti said Colleen would call me back in 30 minutes, haven’t heard from anyone yet and today is 9-4-19. I’m ready for a refund and no more orders

The company assured me I could take the portable oxygen concentrator on my flight but the airline denied it because it wasn't TSA approved. Spent $400 for nothing, very dissatisfied.

Good morning. All of our rental units are FAA approved. When you informed us of the issue it was on August 9, 2019 and your rental period ended on July 31, 2019. Once your rental period has ended there is nothing we can do. That was also stated in the rental agreement you signed prior to receiving the rental. You were informed by the representative you spoke with on the ninth that you needed to send the unit back to avoid any late fees though the unit was already late at that time. The unit that you rented was the Oxlife Independence by O2 Concepts. Please find the links below for the FAA approved portable oxygen concentrators and O2 Concepts FAA approval letter.

Great BiPap Respironics DreamStation
Jeanette in Customer Service was very helpful in finding me an BiPap unit at a GREAT price, and making it super painless to submit a copy of my prescription! It exceeded my expectations and I would recommend to any one who can’t meet the insurance strict compliance requirements to look into owning your own; I have COPD and other chronic illnesses and normally don’t sleep but a couple hours here and there. I recommend giving her a call if you don’t see what you’re looking for in stock!
