Disappointed
Several phone calls with the sales man to confirm we were getting what we requested as he refused to send the official quote - all agreed as we trusted such a respected brand - Only after the sale had we found out the salesman was misleading and did not order what we expected in addition several items were damaged on delivery and also items missing from delivery and the drawings were not produced efficiently. This process is still on going and our kitchen is still not finished due more damaged components on delivery. It’s been 7 months and we still aren’t sorted with the kitchen install.
I can’t deny the product is of a high quality (and the current person we are dealing with is accommodating and helpful) but we shouldn’t have to experience this - as the process which is ment to be a good / enjoyable experience, has been horrendous and we have incurred a lot of stress and worry as to will we ever get our kitchen srtd and why have we had to do all the sorting and planning to make sure we got we we agreed etc.
This is a brief summary of our experience - we will be putting an official complaint together once we eventually get all the items (correct and not damaged) delivered and then installed.

We're pleased you recognise the quality of your kitchen, but we're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience has fallen so far short of the standard we aim to provide.
We completely understand how frustrating and stressful it must be for your installation to still be ongoing after so many months, particularly when you expected the process to be an exciting one. This isn't the experience we want any of our customers to have.
