Our Husky loves this stuff.I/We really like the way it looks in the packaging.This food looks and smells like it should.We add it to his normal food witch is Fresh Pet.He has been enjoying this for some time now.

Great product but it was too expensive for my budget, wish it was a little cheaper.

The rubber bands used when packing are on so tight they have cut into multiple packs causing them to open and leak when thawing out. I reached out to customer service and requested that rubber bands not be used when packing, but just recently received a shipment of food and the rubber bands are still being used and are still wedged into the packs, not sure how many more may be damaged and won’t know until thawing out and they start leaking on refrigerator shelf.

Did not receive one bag of snacks. A replacement was immediately sent out. Nice customer service person on the phone.

It is difficult to give an accurate assessment of my dog's reaction to your food because he is currently having some medical issues and has little interest in food. He has two doctor's appointments scheduled this week to determine a course of treatment. Unfortunately the order had shipped before he developed the lack of appetite.
One criticism I have about the delivery of the food is that several packets are bound together with rubber bands and it is difficult to separate the frozen packets to make them fit in the freezer. It is difficult prying them apart.

I love that my dogs are enthusiastic and look forward to their meals and seem to have tons of energy now.

I'm no longer cleaning up dog puke daily! My 8 yr old Zeke would eat, drink, and promptly throw up. Tried sensitive skin and stomach kibble, using a water dish that controls the amount of water he gets; still puking. Since I replaced half the kibble with NomNom, no puking. I'm thrilled! Wish I could afford no kibble and all NomNom, but the budget does not allow. Thank you!

My dogs love the food but the packaging/shipping leaves much to be desired. The food is banded together then frozen which makes it messy and difficult to remove from the individual package.

I have been a Nom Nom customer for almost 3 years. I have two miniature poodles who are (who would have guessed??) very picky eaters, and one of which has chronic GI sensitivities. He also doesn't care for waiting to relieve himself if you miss "his" window, but I digress.

Nom Nom has generally provided great food for the boys. We eventually eliminated the pork and chicken recipes from their diet, as the "poods" didn't prefer them and would occasionally turn their noses.

Recently though I have seen a marked decline in quality control of their beef recipe; I am getting packages all over the map in terms of color and consistency. I wanted to report that here; it does appear to me that they are having issues with their production. I also noticed greater variance in the weight of the food packages (ours are supposed to be 350g each), although in this regard they have never been as accurate as I would prefer to be honest.

Hopefully they get their issues worked out soon! They have been a great company overall, I'd hate to have to look elsewhere.

Oh and for what it's worth, we tried Farmer's Dog and Milo & Otis prior to landing on Nom Nom. I found Nom Nom to be superior, but that was 4 years ago so the comparison could certainly be different now.

My dog loves this food! She is always excited for mealtime and lets me know when it’s time to eat. Her coat is so soft and shiny and she doesn’t have her skin allergies anymore.

Always struggle with the packaging which came with rubber bands. Hard to separate when in freezer and had an incident this week that the bag ripped.

Our dog loved the food in the beginning, but then she got sick and she won’t eat the food. She is getting better so I will try again. She likes the beef jerky.

My fur baby gets very excited and quite vocal when he sees us pull the NomNom keeper out of the fridge.
