Customer service is great, timing on food deliveries is spot on. I never have to worry about running out of food. My dog also devours this food. he can be quite picky so finding a dog food he doesn't get sick of is great!

My dog loves the Nom Nom food chicken recipe. The first order arrived as planned. The second order was delayed a day and arrived defrosted. Living in a warm climate, it is important to have the food arrive when scheduled. If it happens again, I will have to cancel my subscription.

Great! Bella loves the food. She is 15 and went from not wanting to eat her food to jumping and begging for me to set it down in her bowl! Customer service was great as well. Had an issue with packaging on a shipment and they made it right quickly.

For the first 3 month I had BW with me she had nothing but eating problems which brought on pooping problems. Since BW has been eating Nom Now she is not only happy, but no more pooping problems.

We have a 4 yo Pyrenean Mastiff girl who is picky and has a very sensitive stomach. She might be allergic to chicken and beef. Started Nom Nom pork 9/2024. She loves the food and is excited to eat. Initially her poops were perfect on 100% Nom Nom - better than ever. But over the winter has not been great with several bouts of diarrhea. We tried blending with 50% with her old kibble, with Science Diet W/D but poops are still not very good. I am also not a fan of Nom Nom's packaging -about half are not vacuum sealed and have leaked when defrosted; several are underweight. We have also tried other brands Farmers Dog and Ollie pork recipes - their packing is better and the food smell better to me; her poops were OK but not great. We will continue to try Nom Nom pork for now because I have a lot in my freezer but may end up switching protein or brands.

My pup loves your food! It was packed great and all cold when I got home. We tried a new flavor this time… the Turkey and now she has a new variety. Her favorite is Beef Mash though. I feel the price is well worth her happy tummy!! 😊

My dog is a picky eater, and is allergic to poultry. So I wish NomNom had more than 2 non-poultry options.

That said, I do think NomNom provides quality dog food, and the frozen food delivery is great!

Pippa loves Turkey but sometimes skips her Nom Nom dinner, about 50% of time she catches up next time around
