The box is always in bad condition and the packaging of the food is odd, the packages are bundled up with rubber bands and they are frozen together and make it challenging to store them in my freezer. I also am getting the food too quickly and I have no room for all of these packages!

The pups are enjoying most of the food thus far. They are picky about some, the Turkey with too much rice is there least favorite and the Beef Mash they don't eat the potatoes and carrots so much. Overall they like the consistency better than others they have tried.

My dog is a very picky eater but from day one he eats all of it and his coat looks so much better and his eyes are clear and not runny or swollen he’s a deer leg chihuahua

I like how easy it is to manage my orders on line. I also like the variety of meals I can get for my dog. My dog loves this food so that makes me very happy.

My Blue is very picky but he seems to eat yours with a gusto.

My pup is a super picky eater. He had an incident with pancreatitis, so I knew his diet had to be high quality and low fat going forward. After doing a lot of research, NomNom seemed to be the best. He absolutely loves it and gets super excited at mealtimes! He licks the bowl clean every time, and doesn’t get bored with the chicken and turkey options. Thanks for that, he’s doing great!

I switched to Nom Nom for my Frenchie about a month ago. She absolutely loves it. I couldn’t be happier.

Both of my first deliveries were a day late. I explained this last incident in full detail, on a direct questionnaire from Nom Nom. Unfortunately, I never got a response. I had been communicating with Javier. Not willing to spend any more time on this SAME ISSUE AGAIN. :-(

Food is good. Delivery is good. Price is outrageous.

Our 4 chihuahuas love nom nom but we hate the packaging. I would pay extra just to have better packaging. I wonder if the folks at nom nom ever had to open 4 different packages to feed 4 dogs. To try and pry those packs apart is sometimes impossible without breaking open the one next to it. I hope they fix this soon.

I'm very pleased thus far with Nom Nom.
My dog loves it and it appears to be helping in maintaining his weight which is great. As time goes along I'll know more but for the present I'm pleased with their product!

Just switched over from Ollie for my very picky Shih Tzu! She is liking the lamb recipe, especially the meat! I pick out the egg, I think it’s an allergen for her. Wish there were more non-egg recipe options, but overall I’m pleased so far. Hard to find something she eats.
