Nom Nom makes it super easy for my dog to eat. The ordering process is spot on, my picky eater whippet eats everything from Nom Nom put in front of him. Even the packaging is easy to open and doesn't take much room when discarding.

My dog loves her Nom. She had stopped eating while mourning the loss of her companion dog. Thought I’d treat her to something nice and she is excited to eat and smiles her dog smile!

Food is fresh, looks and smells good. My dogs love every recipe they have tried. One dog whines with excitement when she knows I am getting it ready. My other dog used to be a very picky eater and did not like dry kibble. He gobbles Nom Nom down with quite an appetite. He even eats the kibble that I mix in with it. My older dog looks as if she has lost some weight (which she needed to do). Overall, very pleased with the service and quality of the food.

My pupper Pepper is excited at mealtime! He usually tries to get mealtime early.

Grateful for companies like Nom Nom that prioritize nutrition along with taste!

My 1 year old mini Goldendoodle was a very picky eater, until we discovered Nom Nom. She loves her food and always finishes the entire portion. Her weight is perfect and so is her energy level & health.

I like the convenience.

My Siberian husky mix doesn’t like any of the three flavors he’s tried and he often refuses to eat them. Also, I find it extremely frustrating that they bind multiple meal packs together (with the thickest rubber bands I’ve ever seen!) before they’re frozen. That means the soft packs are all smushed together such that they can’t be pried apart without thawing the whole bunch! Once in a while I get lucky and can pry one off the bunch to thaw it separately, but more often then not that doesn’t happen. It’s crazy that the packs aren’t frozen separately!

My initial delivery was a disaster and I had to have a new emergency delivery set up because my order was lost, opened and came late and the food was spoiled. However Nomnom sent a replacement expedited and it arrived fine. My first regular order arrived as expected and I was happy and it renewed my confidence with nomnom. As long as my orders continue to arrive as expected I will definitely upgrade them from 4 to 5 stars.

My dog loves the food. But as a food preparer- not as easy as I would like. All the rubber bands wrapped around the packs is annoying to deal with and a waste of rubber bands.
The packaging is less than desirable. Alot sticks in the corners and since package doesn't fully expand therefore have to use a spatula to scrape it out.

Nom Nom saved our dilemma! Our golden doodle (13 months) stopped eating regular food. A shipment came fast, and our dog gobbled it up with little adjustment to her sensitive digestive system. When our second order unexpectedly became delayed, they contacted me having another shipment arrive with no lapse in service. It's like having a personal puppy nutritionist right at our fingertips.

Our dog is a picky eater and we have tried other frozen foods. Our dog really likes the chicken formula but the packaging is a problem. When it comes the packages are bound together with rubber bands which are very difficult to remove while frozen and once unfrozen they have mashed the package making it difficult to get out of the packaging. Also we have found that the packaging many items have the tear corners sealed shut making it difficult to open without making a mess. We have used a food from a competitor Ollie which has better packaging but our dog likes Nom Nom more than theirs.

My dog was having on-again off-again diarrhea and refusing to eat for a couple hours in the day. NOT NOW! She sees me coming with Nom Nom and is excited. She devours it immediately!🤗

Of all the dog food companies I have ordered this one was the worst in regards to delivery. Their box packaging needs improvement and they should use dry ice. My best delivery of dog food was Ollie, also the delivery company they used was the best UPS is my first choice. Nom had to resend my order 3 times I submitted photos of the delivery and how the boxes were torn.

Food is excellent and my dog loves it. Customer service is also great.
