The last delivery arrived 4-days late. When it arrived the outer box looked like it had been trampled by elephants. I did get a text from NomNom regarding the delay and if the bundles were cold to touch food would be okay. The food bundles were warm to touch, dry ice gone, and the gel pack had opened. The bundles and inside box covered with goo. I texted Nom I didn't want a replacement I had purchased food from Chewy but would like my account credited. Haven't heard back from Nom. This was the 3rd delivery that was late. But it was the first disaster. The late deliveries were okay in the winter but in the summer the risk is to great for safety. Now I am trying to decide if I am going to stay with Nom or try another food service.

Company is very helpful,always pleasant to talk to. I'm 87 yrs old and the price has gone up to where I'm not sure how long I can afford it but it is great food and Wally has finally decided to eat it. He's a very fussy eater so it has been a challenge.

Food quality is excellent, arrives on time, easy to order or make changes to your order, excellent customer service, and my dog loves the food! This is the only commercially prepared food that my dog can eat that doesn’t contain ingredients that give him diarrhea. We feed him the Chicken recipe.

Our ShihPoo really likes the food. It is easy to thaw, open, and reheat the amount of food we are giving him for each meal. I prefer the meals that do not have rice in them. They are just easier to scoop, heat, and plate. Our dog eats all of his food, and we think he has more energy. Thanks, Nom Nom!

My old dog stopped eating until I tried Nom Nom. Now she looks forward to her new meals! The product arrives nice and cold, so no worries about spoiling.

If it would have been from my pet, your review would have been "ONE STAR". At the beginning he like it and now it takes him the whole day to eat one package and not all of it. Sorry to ask to cancel the subscription as of today July 20th, 2025.

I keep asking for the beef and I don't get it.

Deliveries on spot. Food portion just right. Packaging for storage is great. Food quality is great. Price is very reasonable for my schnauzer, his age, and duration. I have had 2 deliveries now as a new customer to the family and it's been awesome! Thanks to all the people and your compassion involved that make it so. Also, the beef jerky and the blueberry wafers are great.

The food arrives ahead of need. The pup likes everything but the turkey and rice.

Good communication to allow for getting packages as needed. They solicit feedback before each shipment to allow for changes, or to get questions answered. Our two dogs are very happy with the food

My dog loves your food; my only complaint is that I wish the food containers were more user friendly -- sometimes difficult to get food out of its package.
