My dog loves meal time every time! Subscription is easy to edit online, from swapping out food packs to changing delivery dates. The food arrives on time and is still fresh! My only complaint is how the food packs arrive. They all get grouped and wrapped with rubber bands. It's a chore to separate them. Frozen rubber bands don't like to move!

Customer service is always 5 stars and quality of food is excellent.

My package was melted everything including ice packs and destroyed Nom Nom box ( I got the Fedex box when this package arrived first time),bursted a few meals. Also when I got the new delivery that was melted too. I think this brand has to improve packaging and delivery. Ice packs are not safe anymore in this weather. So complicated if you resend a package I should pickup two times and throw out to garbage. That’s too heavy.

my dog Fred was allegic to turkey/chicken recipe, emailed Nom Nom, got email back saying great news that we have pork and other recipes! didn't address what to do with left over food nor didn't want the food back incase its the batch issue.

My dog absolutely loves the food and it always arrives right on time. Im definitely happy with your company.

Like the variety and Big likes it as well, shipping on time and price is reasonable.

Our Dogs have never been so excited about meal time. They learned the meaning of the words NOM NOM in record time. Thank goodness the Deliveries are always on time! It would be a ruff day without NOM NOM!!

Natural ingredients, great customer service, easily managed delivery schedules. Nom Nom is a win. When our local PetSmart put a lock on the freezer where they keep the Nom Nom - we knew we were onto something! Ordering direct saves the hassle of not knowing whether the store will have it - we keep the freezer stocked. The food itself is the only thing our dog will eat, and with her sensitive stomach, it seems to keep her - and us - happy. And shout out to the container they sent - perfectly designed for purpose! And looks great, too.

my dog and I both really love the high quality food and also how easy it is to schedule, change products, skip, etc. I'm happy to see new recipes also. I live in a remote area and have not had any issue w the deliveries. they always arrive cold and as ordered. I like to make my own dog food when I have time, but this is so convenient and I am happy to pay a little more to get all of the benefits mentioned. thanks for providing a great product over the past years!

The person I was in contact with was SO helpful. Listened with concern to my questions and made it happen! Above and beyond anything I've experienced with most every other company online!

Willow loves the food.Its a little pricey but I love the ingredients and convenience of it,I did notice my high energy Boston terrier is losing a little weight and I was going to reach out to someone and see what else I can do to help to maintain a healthy weight.Meals have arrived on time great service.Thank you Julie

My little Lily really enjoys you Nom Nom meals but in all honesty the daily helpings are too much for her to eat. Is it possible for us to get a smaller portion and just get half the order we are getting now? If not we are going to have to cancel. I hope you can help.

My dog loves your food and devours it. She has typically been a picky eater. This is a nice change.
The only negative that I have is that often the package is difficult to open with aging fingers.
