It was very easy to set up delivery. Just had to answer very simple questions about my pet. My dog loves the food and has more energy. You would never know she was 13 years old. We try new flavors and she has loved everything she has tried.

The food smells good. She won’t eat it unless I sit with her. Right now a pouch lasts two days. Freezer is loaded with her food.

My picky eater will actually eat it! However she is still picky and wants whatever we r eating out on top of her food. So her bowl of food lasts all day. Whatever she doesn’t eat goes back in fridge till lunch and if still not gone it comes out again at dinner and we add more nom nom to it. What is it I’m doing wrong?

Delivery is easy to schedule, the food is wonderful. However, I would like to see the lamb formula offered without peas. Since I switched to Nom Nom I have noticed that Minuet's coat is softer & shinier than before! She can't wait for me to put the food in the bowl.

Ben is a fan of Noms. He’s 12-13 yo and we like to give him healthy food.

Very pleased in all ares and I've tried all the big three. My only complaint; I'd would prefer a little less mushy texture in the blend.

My dog loves the food. Being a Miniature Schnauzer, sensitive stomachs are very well known.

I have been using this dog food for about two years. I have two dogs and they split 400 grams twice a day (200 grams each meal). My dogs love the food but the packages are consistently short. I have received both 1) not enough packages of food and 2) not enough grams of food in each package. #2 happens every week on almost 50% of the packages. My dogs notice it…one of them picks up the bowl and throws it across the room.

I’ve called and complained about this so many times, and they offer me a 15-25% discount on my next shipment but never fix the problem. The discount is worthless when I am being shorted equivalent to that amount. Today the package was 278 grams instead of 400 grams and that’s the last straw for me, I am cancelling my subscription.

Nom Nom was the best for my dog, active Boykin spaniel. Unfortunately too expensive for me.

My 10 month old ShihTzu is very picky about her food. Most days she will eat her Nom Nom, which is a win! There are still days she refuses, but she's been eating better on this food than others we have tried.

My Fawny is not a picky eater, but generally prefers chicken. When she started turning up her nose at it, I was at a loss. I started feeding her the pork, and we're off & running again. She loves Nom Nom! And it's looking good ON her too! Her coat looks better, she has a tad more energy (she has congestive heart failure, arthritis, Cushing's disease, etc.). And, they actually give you a heavy duty container, with a cover on it, that doesn't leak! Yes, we recommend Nom Nom!

Mylee enjoys the food - chicken and pork. HOWEVER, I Wish there was an alternate packing process. The packs are frozen together in bundles wrapped with large rubber bands, which make it difficult to separate for storage because the bands compress the food and get imbedded in the packs. I ask again: has anyone at NomNom tried to separate a bundle??

Sent this company an email requesting information on the synthetic chemicals they use in their food. They only indicated to check the ingredients on their site. I did that which is how I saw the chemicals included. I called and nobody was able to tell me why and in addition, they were incredibly rude. Any company that can’t or won’t answer questions about their own product is a huge red flag.
Stay far away!

I have been using other fresh food delivery before but I’m really thankful that we switched to NomNom as it’s kinder to my dog’s semsitive tummy. Her digestion seems better now. I like that I can really see the ingredients (veggies, meat, etc) unlike others which comes as mushy meals. As a plus, my dog is always excited for mealtime.

My dog loves her meals from Nomnom, and as her owner, I'm happy with the quality of the food, the flexibility in making changes to the order content and timing of the delivery, as well as the reliability of the deliveries.

What needs improvement is your packaging. When I first ordered Nomnom in February, each meal pack had a tab in the corner that could be pulled back to easily open a meal portion pack. You must have changed your packaging, because the tab is no longer there and it is quite difficult to open a meal pack. Even when I cut open one or two sides with a scissor or knife, I end up having to tug at the rest of it, and somehow make a mess half of the time. I end up with dog food on my shirt or the floor. Given the high cost of your product, it must come as no surprise that you're dealing with a clientele that truly care about their dogs and their home. So when I have to wrestle with the packaging to open a meal portion, and get dog food on myself or the floor, that also means my home is dirtied and my dog will likely lick the floor, both of which are highly undesirable.

Please excuse the detailed response. In summary, if you could please make your packaging easier to open again, as it was when I first started ordering your food in February, that would be wonderful.
