I bought the "laser" hat, used it as described for 6 months and noticed no difference.

They claim to have 272 diodes but that number seems inflated. As for lasers, it looks like most diodes are LEDs.

Very disappointed.

The product did re-grow my hair, but it dyed it blonde. I used the product for three months and did get results but my hair changed color and that was not acceptable. About one month after I stopped using it my hair started to thin. I used the product for another two months and my hair started growing again but blonder than before. I wrote to the company to get an explanation but the company never replied. I've decided to get an implant instead, though it's more expensive it's a permanent solution and I can keep my gray hair.

I have seen no results from the product and when I asked to have the guarantee honored, my request has been being analyzed for weeks now.

I think you’re quick at taking peoples money but when things go wrong you don’t really want to know. I reached out to you about having an allergic reaction to stem cell treatment. I ended up with a very scabby itchy scalp when I asked you to get in touch, you offered me a consultation but that never happened. I tried to contact you many times since but you don’t ever reply and as to your promise of money back that is a joke I’m never asked you for a refund because you just are not interested in anything but taking money from your clients Fred war

I had a subscription issue, I raised my concern and within a matter of hours I was contacted and issued a refund, my experience with customer service was very helpful and good.

This company is a scam as all the other reviews have indicated. They are from china and they won’t refund you for their cheap, ineffective products. Their customer service is slow to respond and unwilling to help. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This is 100% a scam business

Tried to cancel my order after reading these reviews of the battery not lasting. They are dropshippping the item from China. My bank says they are based in Montreal. They use a Scandinavian name nordic which obviously means Denmark, Sweden, Norway to trick people into believing the item isn't some Chinese rubbish. I will be sending it back (if it ever arrives) after I asked them to cancel the order they also blocked my email. I now get mailer daemon emails back!! Lovely
