Tried the Stem Cell Solution product. It did not work and they refused a refund. I did not have weekly photos but the before and after photos pretty clearly showed that nothing happened. They did cancel my subscription but did not refund my money when I returned the last product (which shipped before I cancelled)

I was intrigued with their ads... I guess the saying is correct... there's a sucker born every minute and I am one of them. As I sit here wearing this stupid cap reading all of the reviews, I should have simply googled the reviews FIRST before buying this thing that is probably hurting my scalp and probably my brain. That's what happens when you buy crap at 2am. It's a sales strategy science... very late at night suckers like me buy all of these scam products (b/c we are most vulnerable to scam advertising) Never Again...

Did not work for me. Canceled and still sending and charging me monthly.

Don't order from these scam artists!! They keep sending me product that I didn't order and there is no way to cancel these orders.

I saw an ad for Nordic Biolabs and decided to give their product a try. Unfortunately, my order took nearly a month to arrive. After using the product for less than 10 days, I noticed a charge of $120 from my bank and learned they were preparing to ship another product.

I immediately went to their website to cancel the subscription and request a refund. I submitted four cancellation requests the next day. The company responded by referring me to the terms of the agreement, stating that I had received a discount on the first product and agreed to pay $120 per month for a subscription. They also informed me that to receive a refund, I would need to return the product.

Given how long it took for the initial shipment (2–3 weeks) and the additional time required for the return process, I realized it would take about a month and a half to receive my refund. This experience has made it clear that this is not a company I want to do business with.

I want to warn others: canceling their subscription is extremely difficult, and their customer service seems focused solely on enforcing their fine-print policies rather than resolving issues.

Their 120 days return is a scam, Horrible company, products ordered do not work, tried to return them in less than 80 days of receipt, gave me a run around for weeks, refuse addressing the return

They have continued to find excuses to NOT reimburse me for items I sent back nearly two months ago. I would NEVER deal with this company. Save yourself the loss of money

Zero positive change after 10 month of consistent use!
Am I surprised? Not really, I’m only mad at myself falling for another Chinese marketing trap, could’ve used the money and time for something more beneficial, i even believe that this hat potentially damaged some of my hair follicles because I’m experiencing much more shedding and a bigger thinning area all over my scalp! But I’m still blaming no one but myself for falling for this! Stay away from this magical hair growing scam!

This company impersonates another company, DO NOT BUY. BUY FROM THE REAL COMPANY

Terrible customer service. They would not cancel my subscription, and I only received 1/3 of the products I was charged for. Had to dispute with my credit card company. Stay far away—snake oil scam.

The product isnt what is advertised.

I subscribed to Nordic Biolabs STEM Cell Complete Hair Cycle Solution. It irritated my scalp and there is no way to contact the company to end this subscription. I have emailed and called. Do Not Subscribe!

This is a scam. I placed an order on September 13, 2024, Order #9020. I never received it.

Product advertised as 272 diodes but is actually a mere 86. Outrageously false advertising. Asked for a return but was informed it works and to simply use it for 120 days. Was informed that if it doesn't have any effect then they will process return. Product does not work and they continue to deny a return.

Stoled my money no product ever sent or received I emailed several times and stoked my money 💰 ripoff scam !

Cap stopped working after a few weeks, I notified Nordic Biolabs, they requested a video of it not working and then told me they would send a new video. They now are asking for more videos, though I do not have the broken cap anymore and now saying they cant find me in the system. BETTER TO NOT BUY THIS PROUCT

Wow! They are liars all the way... they are thieves!

Their cap literally costs less than $30 on Alibaba or AliExpress. Run away!

This is a scam, they do not follow any of their policies. Their product does not work. I originally tried to return the product before I even opened it as I changed my mind. They gave me an address in China (even though my package shows a return address of CA.) it was going to cost more than the product itself to ship it back. I emailed asking for a return label and they said to please try the product for 120 days and if at that point I was unhappy they would offer a refund. I’m guessing this time frame allows them to get past the window of fighting it through your bank or credit card. I waited the 120 days and now they said they have an AI that reviewed my photos and I show results therefore they will not refund. The entire thing is a scam. DO NOT BUY. And if you did fight the transaction immediately. Waste of time and money.

Scam! This product is not worth the bag it comes in.
