Poor Quality and worst customer support…

Poor Quality and worst customer support ever.
Bought a tamper and a espresso tamping base. Base got delivered with scratches and tamper squeezes very loud.
After calling for return/exchange I had to ship it to Singapur on my own costs even though I received the shipment from germany to germany. NEVER EVER AGAIN!
Customer support takes days to answer.

No customer service whatsoever

No customer service whatsoever — absolutely appalling. I ordered from Normcore and they shipped through Amazon Logistics, who delivered to the wrong address. I’ve emailed Normcore three times to get this sorted, with zero response. Only they can contact Amazon as it’s their carrier. I still have no package despite having paid in full. This is unacceptable.”

This is the worst nightmare I have ever…

This is the worst nightmare I have ever experienced. I payed 30 USD for a shipping from a German warehouse. Well they shipped from China, not reachable, not replying to my emails. Stay away from this company. One star is already too much.

No customer support

First of all I'd like to start by saying that the product quality is very good and i have just about everything they offer for espresso.

My issue is strictly with their customer support, or should I say, lack of.

The customer support was very responsive (usually replied within a day, sometimes even hours after an email) because there was an issue with shipping location due to the product being new etc etc. They handled that issue very well. However here's where the issues started:
I bough a needle distributor (new release, ~€110) and it arrived with the height adjustment lever broken. I reached out to them to ask them about it immediately after receiving it.. 5 days go by, no reply.. I reach out again asking them if they got my email etc, another 5 days go by.. no reply.. So I email them again and let them know my disappointment and they respond wkth some cheap excuse about how they were investigating it and then forgot to reply to me.. and they asked for a video evidence of my issue, which I provided immediately. As expected, again, no response, it's been 4 days since. I am really disappointed as i actively advertised their brand for the good quality, well, not anymore of course.

My advice to anyone reading this: If you really want to buy their products, buy them through amazon. At least there if an issue occurs you won't have to do any back and forth with a non existent customer support, you'll just file a return request and send the item right back - much safer, much better.

I really expected more from them especially with their reputation in the espresso space. But I guess it is what it is.

Still waiting for order or updates.

Placed an order for espresso tools on Aug 1. On 6 Aug received a message to say order had been shipped with a tracking link. I followed the tracking progress and on 10 August it showed '10 Aug flight departed 20:43' and '12 Aug flight arrived 04:40' [2 days into the future from when I saw the message and the flight lasted 28 hours!!??] There was no information to indicate where the flight arrived/(was going to arrive) nor any indication of the delivery company. 5 days later the tracking link has changed details on departure and arrival dates/times but still no information on where the shipment actually or when it will be delivered or who will deliver it. Company support provides no further information other than an AI-generated response saying be patient and it is out of their hands.

Can't comment on the quality of the products as I haven't seen them and losing hope that I ever will. I can say the tracking interface is abysmal and customer service not much better.

Placed order with option with shipping from German warehouse. Aha! Have no idea where this shipment is coming from, no tracking option, no responses on emails, chat on web. NOTHING.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PRODUCTS

Good customer service. Fast response and imidiate cooperation, with good solution. Friendly and effective communication, even around their holidays.

Terrible Customer Service

Bought a tamper, was fine. Then bought a bottomless portafilter which I did not like. When I contacted Customer Service they said I needed to return it to Singapore despite them sending it to me from Europe. The shipping cost is pretty much the same the portafilter cost.

No support from Customer Service

Bought the scale 8 months ago and just completely stopped working out of the blue.

I never dropped it, had water on it or any other things you shouldn’t be doing with your scale.
So for it to stop working after only 8 months is just not right.

I emailed them twice and tried to get in contact with them without any success.

I have always been a big fan of their coffee accessories and have quite a few but I really wouldn’t recommend the scale and their customer service is just shocking / non existent.

No warranty? You don't exist.

I've written an email about my Normcore kettle that started to leave behind a very chemical smell, to the point it even gives a burning sensation in my throat, even when using it to boil water for tea. (and even after the water cooled down).

Really bad smell too.

I don't have warranty anymore so I can only assume either their customer support doesn't care for inquiries when people no longer have warranty, even for questions. 3 months later still no response.

Would not recommend buying anything from this company.
