Excellent wines and first class delivery service

First time I’ve used North & South - very pleased. I would highly recommend, reasonable prices & fast delivery. Just what you want.

Ordered a magnum of Ruinart Blanc de Blanc. Best price I could find. Champagne arrived well packaged. They often have special offers so worth keeping an eye on their website.

Promised next day delivery, but didn't. When I called to enquire they didn't bother to follow up and so I had to call again. More frustratingly, they seemed relatively unconcerned when I did - very frustrating.

Where do I start with my accolades for the fantastic company?
I do all my ordering online but call Marco for his invaluable advice.
Good delivery rates and they will deliver on the day you want them to.
If you like great wine at amazing prices with THE BEST customer service you really shouldn't even consider going anywhere else.
Seriously, give them a try!

2 x Lauren Perrier ice buckets bought at 30% less than the cheapest price anywhere else in the UK! What's not to like! Marco phoned me up to answer an online query, which was a nice touch. Subsequently he dealt with a problem with the delivery company in an exemplary manor! Sending me updates from his mobile phone at 21.29 on a Friday night whilst chasing up, and solving, a problem he didn't create, outstanding!

You kind of take it for granted, but for us wine lovers how great it is to have North and South wines round the corner from our house? The first thing I ask from a wine shop is good value for money (I hate to pay over the top for a bottle just because I bought it in a "posh" wine shop). Secondly I love to be able to chat and ask for advice without being intimidated by some know it all keeper. Thirdly, what about actually dealing with someone that listens, gives a try ordering those wines that you like, organises free tasting events and is happy to give you discounts when ordering boxes? ... to top it all, the shop opens every day till late so you don't need to worry if you ever run out of wine! Vamos!!

I would definitely recommend using Northandsouthwines. The single malt whiskey I bought was at a very good price compared to other retailers, the delivery was fast and the bottle was really well packaged so there was no chance of a breakage. Im sure I will be using them again. Well done!

Recently purchased Crystal Skull vodka from northandsouth wines , found there prices to be very competitive , delivery was quick and customer service spot on

OK, so I haven't actually ordered anything from this company but even so, their customer service is brilliant. I made an enquiry and was answered virtually immediately. I'd left the item sitting in my basket and they followed up the next day to see if the could help. I just get the impression that this company is personal and will bend over backwards to help you.... AND their prices are fantastic - £38 for a bottle of LPR?!! What more do you want...

I've ordered several times from North and South and have also been into the shop. Staff are super helpful and they offer discounts for direct payments. The wines and champagnes are very competitively priced and I cannot find fault at all. They let you know when your order is being dispatched and are fast, efficient and friendly. I can't say anymore as they are a breath of fresh air to deal with, in this day and age some firms have lost the personal touch, north and south wines have s perfect combination.

Have used North and South wines for 6 months for both personal and business use. Clients have loved the high quality wines and I have loved the great value prices. Sorted out my entire Christmas and New Year with wine and spirits from North and South. All their recommendations were spot on and I can't commend them enough. Give them a try.

Got told about the company from a friend who had used then before and I was not disappointed. Purchased 3 bottles of Laurent Perrier Rose for just over £100 for a big New Years eve party. We've been using N&S for many years for everything from every day tipple, to a special request bottle, to helping us with larger quantities for parties.

They're a great bunch of people and what I like the most, is that they're honest - they always advise on better buys on the basis of quality of the wine, rather than the label which I tend towards.

No matter what, N&S are always friendly and helpful and provide great advice, not what you get in the chain stores.

super impressed with the service and amazing range of wines and beers in this shop.I picked up a great selection for my birthday right between Christmas and new years. The owner and the staff were really helpful and have an amazing knowledge of excellent wines and cool independent beers. Bought a bottle of champagne for some friends as a wedding gift.

North and South went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only did they gift wrap the bottle beautifully, but they also hand scribed a note I sent over to them in an email.
