I rang up the customer service number as I was about to place the order for a delivery I needed to receive promptly (within 48 hours) and I was put off by the writing on their website about the expected delivery timing of the cheaper delivery.
The guy on the phone was terrific, he prepared and dispatched my order in the following hour and i received the package super promptly and well ahead of my deadline.
When I chose to return one of the items I had ordered, again, they couldn't have been more helpful and polite.
To me they are the new standard of how retailing should be done in 2021, big thumbs up from me!

I have used North & South Wines a lot over the past two years (always amazing deals).

Their customer service is exceptional! I had a problem with one of my deliveries (courier problem, not N&S's fault). They sent out a replacement order the very next day at no extra charge. Wow.

Best price I could find for the champagne I was looking for and arrived quickly

I checked them out on here first before buying, & I concur with their fantastic rating. I ordered an Ace of Spades champagne gift box and had it in my hands within 35 hours of clicking the order button. Price was the best I could find online, even after the £7.75 delivery charge.

These guys are rock star cool. I get through a lot of wine from various suppliers and N&S are the best. Really excellent pricing, incredible service. I ordered some hard-to-find wines on Sunday, they were delivered to me Monday morning. Unbelievable. Can’t rate them highly enough.

Now I know where to go every time I need wine or alcohol !! Super helpful , friendly stuff , such good deals , and local !!!!

This is first time I used North and South very good service.

This company has been excellent and so accommodating in sorting my order, when part of my delivery had been damaged in transit. They were quick to rectify and replace my items. It is frustrating, however, that the courier company used does not provide the same level of service.

Contacted and ordered with this company for the first time last week. Very competitive prices. Not just when deals are on. Answered my query same day on line. Delivered quickly. Would definitely recommend and have used again within the same week already. Great all round service 👍

Placing an order gift I was patiently guided through website screens to where I could write a personal message. This was followed by my concerns about delivery timings and safety being immediately allayed with an up front explanation on why deliveries were being compromised, managing expectations and that the items would be wrapped with additional care by the call handler!! Now that is service!
