Solar PV and Battery installation 5*
Solar PV and Battery installation by Ravinder, Suraj and Joe the team are a fantastic asset to the company they were here for 5 days in total where they overcame four seasons within a week (Typical British Weather!) as they carried out the installation.
All were extremely polite and respectful of my property and to the family, and carried out their work thoroughly and in a professional manner.
It has been a pleasure having the team here working, informative information on the equipment and regular updates on what has been done and what was planned the following day.
They are all a real asset to Northern Gas and they deserve recognition.
Once again thank you and a pleasure meeting the three of you, all the very best.

G and Ben were a pleasure to have in our home. Pleasant, clean and polite at all times. Providing relevant information at each stage. Very highly recommended.
Unfortunately, since the installation, we found that some roof tiles were damaged/broken. The experience has been nothing short of awful, with lack of communication, people leaving the company who I was liaising with and management failing to action repair works. Clearly, before payment, the company value customers and after it is absolutely below par and I would certainly not recommend work on your home. No acknowledgement of formal complaint emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER OPTION.

Fantastic experience with Rudson and his team
What an asset to the company Rudson and his team are.
As well as being extremely polite and respectful of my property and belongings, they came up against a number of problems but overcame every single one of them in a thoroughly professional manner.
Tradespeople often receive criticism and, more often than not, rightly so. But this team were absolutely fantastic, they took pride in their work which is rarely seen nowadays.
They are all a real asset to you and this deserves recognition.

I recently had an experience with Northern Gas Heating for solar panel installation. While there were some delays and communication issues, particularly with roofing and project timelines, the overall service was satisfactory. The solar electricians, Ben and Gurjinder, showed excellent workmanship, and Kash provided a tailored sales approach that suited our needs well. Our previous positive experience with boiler installation from them reassures me about their quality. Though it took longer than expected, the premium products and knowledgeable staff ultimately contributed to a positive outcome. It's a four-star service for their commitment and professionalism.

Solar and Battery Install
Great set of guys, ravinder, suraj and joe turned up when they said and cracked on with the install without hesitation, being very conscious to keep their standards high throughout the time they were here, nothing was too much trouble for them resulting in a perfect job from my point of view. I would recommend these guys to anyone thinking of getting the same stuff from Tomato Energy :)

The people that came previously the shed and battery was not screwed and not secure which was unsafe which was the reason the shed and battery fell, people came this time suraj and Ravinder , they did a good job which was clean and safe, they are very friendly people I am satisfied with the job they have done today

G and Ben arrived promptly on both days they were installing a battery to our existing solar panels. They were pleasant and worked efficiently throughout, leaving everywhere clean and tidy and helped us understand the new technology.

Me and my family moved into our forever home and within a month found issues with batteries and fuse box, so contacted Northen Gas that evening. Georgia in Marketing escalated my contact email and by 8am that morning, Patrick Day-Head of Operations called me and was so supportive and had his inspector Jonathan visit me the same day to investigate the issues. From that day, his team Mick and Oliver who were the installation team were at my house everyday for a week, working to ensure everything was checked, safe and even fitted a brand new fuse box. The whole team involved were very friendly, supportive, understanding, very professional and worked at a high standard.
I would like to give a huge shout out to Patrick Day and his team, Mick, Oliver and Jonathan who was at my house getting the job done, Lynsey and Chris in Planning to arrange the Field team to come to site. Graham and Billy in Logistics, these guys organised the materials for the Field team.
Highly recommended!!!

Tomatoe Energy/Northern Gas Project.
I contacted Tomatoe Energy over 1-year ago to discuss a solar system, Kashir contacted me to discuss the proposal and introduced the battery storage accompaniment….After a few changes, I purchased the system, which was installed in September ‘24.
Kashir was very knowledgeable and supportive, the installation team (Northern Gas) were very professional and paid attention to details (both in and out of sight), which took 6-days to complete/commission.
Electricity supplier transfer took rather longer and more challenging than suggested, but we got there in the end.
So far, the system operates as anticipated, but at least a year’s operation is required to better assess its performance and investment cost.
