Parcel lost or in a black hole with Royal Mail
Sadly my parcel seems to be lost by Royal Mail and I am unable to make contact with Northern Monkey Makes as the Business has now closed - My item is being held at Spennymoor Delivery Office and has been there since 6 August 2026 - today’s date is 15 August 2026 and the tracking still shows it at Spennymoor Delivery Office - I cannot claim it through the Post Office as they say contact the Sender and I am unable to contact the Sender as the Business is now closed
