Discovered Northfire Jewelry while trying to compare prices with other companies. My husband and I were shopping for a new engagement ring for our upcoming 8th year anniversary. I found Northfire Jewelry and was impressed with the pieces and prices. We are pleased with our order; unlike other places, they sent a CAD design to make sure everything was good before proceeding to create the ring. The ring is gorgeous. I can’t wait to wear it. I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer.

I absolutely love my custom earrings! The communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and Victor was very responsive and accommodating with all of my requests, including the size of the hoop to perfectly fit my earlobe. They really took the time to make sure the earrings were exactly how I wanted them.
The earrings turned out beautifully and came with **IGI certification**, which gave me extra confidence in the quality of the diamonds. Shipping was also surprisingly fast, especially for a custom-made piece.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with the quality, service, and experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful custom jewelry!

Victor was in contact with me throughout the entire process, and I really appreciated how responsive and accommodating he was. I even asked to add a jump ring at the 15-inch mark, as I have a small neck and was worried that 16 inches might be too long for me. My personalized request was fulfilled without hesitation.
The necklace took about 10 days to make, and I received the CAD design and a video for validation before it was shipped. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up and I received an item that belonged to another customer, so I had to go through the hassle of sending it back. I then had to wait for the team to receive my actual order from the other customer before they could ship it to me. This added about another 10 days to the process.
That said, throughout the whole situation, communication was smooth and transparent, which I really appreciated. Despite the delay, I am very happy with the necklace I finally received. The craftsmanship is excellent, the diamond is gorgeous, and it passes the diamond tester and 14k stamp.
Overall, I’m very happy with my customized piece and appreciate Victor and the team for making sure I ultimately received exactly what I ordered.
