Jake is so clear and understandable in the technoligical world. I feel safe when he logs in remotely and offers advice. All equipment I have bought from him has lasted really well and no glitches. I always recommend him to everyone who needs computer help

Being inexperienced of computers and nervous when having to print off a number of documents I was delighted to find steve and Jake at NWM IT to be the answer to my prayers, nothing was too much trouble, they were unbelieveably nice kind and helpful .... as customer service should be but seldom is and they even made be a cup of coffee and took me gently through the process .... an hour later I had my printing ... but more importantly a business i can heartily recommend and will use again .... Thank you Both, Brilliant and then some.

Our organisation signed up for support and marketing with North Wales Media last year. I honestly didn't know what to expect as I am personally a technophobe but knew that our business needed help with the website and marketing including SEO and one to one advice.
Over the last few months I have found this company to be transparent, supportive and quick to get back tonany questions I asked through email or our personal dashboard.
I would fully recommend this company as it is family run, with extremely helpful staff who give explanations to why certain things happen online (which is important to me as I don't understand).
