Northwest Territory Avis 

Bought a pair of their boots from Mountain Warehouse and sent them back. Absolutely awful. The cheapest, looking, ill fitting boots I’ve ever tried on. The website tries to imply they are UK made, but they are cheap rubbish, made in India. I’ve seen better orthopaedic shoes.

I ordered a pair of boots , was supposed to be delivered between 30 November and 3rd December, looked at the order and it was cancelled on the 30 th November, it was only the 27th ? Contacted customer service, no response, no reason for cancellation...not sure if it's a scam Cancellation date then changed to the 28 November but still no contact from them . Received no refund or explanation

My boots broke after wearing them for one hour. Firstly, there was a hole j in n the back and then one of the steel buckle holding the lace broken. I reached out 3 weeks ago with no response. I followed up once and tried their contact form on their website. I have not had any communication. I’m going to have to call them and give them a hard time, which is exactly what I didn’t want to do. Initially I was happy with an exchange, but after the radio silence I just want a full refund. Oh, I took the boots on a trip to climb a volcano so obviously it wasn’t great that they broke on the way to the airport.

I purchased my first pair of these fantastic boots 5 years ago They are still going strong, without a break in them. I have owned german shepherds for years, and as I am retired but very fit these boots have covered more miles than I can recall. Fantastically comfortable and totally waterproof, in fact the only really waterproof boots,I have ever owned despite claims by other well known manufacturers. I have since purchased another pair as a spare and they are equally as great. I cannot understand these whinging and unfair reviews about a great British company. Maybe the customer services aren't perfect but you can always get them in Amazon.

Wish I could put zero stars. Customer service is none existent. Ordered over a week ago “next day delivery” still haven’t received them. Emailed numerous times over the course of the last few days & no reply at all. Shocking way to run a business👍I’d avoid,wish I did!

EDIT : I have now received boots & used for work,(I’m a dog walker). They are just as bad as the customer service😂extremely uncomfortable & soak through even in wet grass. Cheap crap

Ok so this is a follow up to my previous review moaning about their customer service and about them sending me the wrong replacement boots. I have now returned those and received the correct style and size boots. I have not heard a thing from them but I am happy I finally got my boots. Don't bother email their customer services address as I don't believe it is monitored.

I am just glad that I didn't read all the negative reviews before ordering/buying my hiking boots. They arrived within two days of ordering them and no dramas. The boots are excellent - really comfortable and very well made. I tried a pair on in a shop that only had one pair - they were actually the size that I usually wear, but were a little tight. I ordered the next size up and they are perfect. I will definitely order again and from my experience, would recommend! Cheers!

Bought a pair or walking shoes in March 2024 the sole has come away from the upper sent them numerous emails NOT ONE SINGLE RESPONSE they say buy British help the economy what’s the point when they totally ignore you September 2024 not even seen a winter clive

Excellent service and boots are really well made .and even recieved a spare pair off boot laces

As most of the other reviews have said, boots arrived okay but if you want to have security that you can return items with ease - AVOID. Non existent customer service. They claim they offer free returns and if you email them they'll send a returns label but I've sent two emails over a week now and a Facebook message and its radio silence. I'm returning the boots as they're too clumpy, the kind of thing a burly man might wear on a building site to protect their feet, not suitable for a smaller framed woman to walk in (which isn't really shown/explained on the site frustratingly), and now due to them being so clumpy it'll cost a lot to return them due to their unnecessary weight of them.

I've just received ladies boots.Look more expensive than actually are.Great looking boots ,very well packaged and came with extra laces.Wide fit which is great.Finally found a great looking pair of boots that fit.Thankyou so much 😀

UPDATE: reported to Trading Standards and they are setting file against company... in case someone wants to contact them too and get Northwest in trouble... also charge back set up with my bank as advised by legal advisor in TS...

wish i checked on reviews here before my purchase (checked just on website)... my boots letting water in, so i've emailed CS... despite me providing order details, video showing fault and images beforehand, been asked to provide picture of the shoes so they know which one to send as replacement... fair enough, sent that over and never heard back (chased but...)... emailed them yesterday saying i don't want replacement but refund as taking too long... i'm stuck with boots which i can't use as they leak and no replacement (already ordered from different company)... will take this up to Trading Standards if i don't hear from them by end of this week as complete joke... company is promoted as UK one but i don't think so...maybe i'm wrong but based on CS (or it's lack) and english used in the email, nope...

I received 2 pairs of walking boots arrived by Royal Mail tracking quick.
1 pair of the boots was marked on the front so wanted to return and get a replacement emailed 5 times never replied.
Returned them by Royal Mail tracking and had to pay to send back.
They have received them and never emailed to confirm or sent a replacement or refunded.
Shocking company with shocking customer service.

Well made product at a reasonable price. Received within 48hrs of ordering via Royal Mail. Product arrived beautifully packaged, and with extra laces. I will definitely shop there again.

Recently bought my 3rd pair of Invuik mens leather walking boots from Northwest Territory. I have found these boots to be excellent. I use them for daily dog walks on Cannock Chase.
The boot sizing is accurate and comfortably accommodates a wide foot. The boots have been supple and comfy from first wearing, so no breaking in required.

ther boots are more robust than those made of prestretched leather and remain waterproof for the lifespan of the sole of the boot.
As to boot care I find that a few drops of neatsfoot oil followed by beeswax ,once soaked in, every 3 to 4 weeks keeps the leather supple.
The boots come with a spare set of laces which so far I haven't had to use.
I was slightly concerned on unpacking my latest pair of boots as the toe shape appears to have been modified to a more rounded shape. This has made them slightly snugger around the toes.
Over all these boots are of a good quality and well priced.

I bought a pair of boots size 4. They arrived but were too small. I sent an email on 10th May to Northwest Territory requesting they send a returns label that should have been included but wasn't.
I placed another order for a size 5.
I went on holiday and on return had still not received any reply from Northwest Territory. On 24th May I sent another email with original email attached and again requested they send a returns label.
A few days ago they sent an email requesting I provide a review of the boots.
I gave a 1* review and detailed my problem with returns.
I still have had no contact from them.
The only way to contact them is by email or filling in the form on their website. I have done both of these and still no response.
There is no telephone number available anywhere to ring them.

This company sent me a pair of returns/second hand boots. The packing box was put together incorrectly and the boots were creased where they had previously been tried on.

Even worse than that one of the eyelets for the laces was ripped out. I sent them straight back and was issued a refund, but this does not give me back the disappointment or the time I had to waste to walk to an Evrie parcel pickup point.

There's an old saying, buy cheap buy twice, but in this case, the saying does not apply. Bought these boots for myself and my partner about three months ago, and all I have to say is WOW.
UK made, and boy O boy does it show, the quality is amazing, with off-the-scale comfort, sturdiness, and waterproof beyond compare,

So So happy with my purchase, I have had some rubbish in my time, boots made in China, etc. However please give this British brand a go, It's made here by fine and disciplined craftsmen. I just don't understand why they are not more publicized than they are. The product is exemplary. Please people take my advice, try these, and for quality buy British 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂😉
