Don't get scammed.

This is a Chinese drop shipper, pretending to be a UK company. This must be the case because they cite delivery within the UK as "8-15 working days" and that's only after processing orders.

Moreover the free returns actually cost £3.95 for orders under £50 or a whopping 20% of the value for orders over £50.

Chinese sizing is invariably inaccurate in Europe so it's highly likely that if orders actually arrive they'll be wrong.

Don't get conned.

Terrible company to deal with. I placed an order for my son's birthday in February the items came the tshirts were so short he couldn't wear them.
They offered my 20% cash back to keep them. I said no I would rather get a full refund.
They gave me postal details. These were posted through the post office / evri I still have the receipt. I have heard nothing since. I even went through PayPal but they closed the case. It wasn't a lot of money but it was the principal. They obviously have blocked me now as my emails are returning undeliverable.

I would give them 0 absolutely appaling tried to cancel the order in the same day I ordered. They ignore it and later ,3 days later they said is to late . When arrived is insane what a bad product digging in your upper toes and delivered in broken boxes its absolutely insane how Google still allows them to advertise and does nothung to put a stop on it these are fraudsters !!! Syay away !!!!do t buy its a scam !

If I could rate zero stars I would. I order two items, they took 3 weeks to arrive and the sizes are completely wrong. I have tried all forms of contact to arrange for a refund and to organise a return but all addresses come back as not found.

If you are reading this review before you purchase, I would suggest you chose another option.

Stay well clear of these total con-merchants/ Chinese criminals. I paid £34 for shorts which due to the poor quality I sought to return for a refund. They offered a discounted/ part refund if I kept the shorts, which I refused. I then returned the shorts a few days later, and despite several su sequent enquiries from me asking where my refund is, absolutely zero response. I my have to put this down to experience, but a very bad one for sure.

Scam company selling poor quality items and pretending to be a UK company. Do not buy from them!!

Would not recommend if I could leave 0 stars I would.
Here's my experience so far from UK (original order) and US site, Customer Support/Care does not appear to exist.

I received my order of Delta Tactical Boots Light Duty Military Boots Black on Tuesday 31st March 2026

1. I ordered a size 10.5 but received size 11
2. I wore them for 30 minutes indoors on Tuesday 31st March
3. Then I wore them on Thursday 2nd April for 6hrs 30min
4. Upon putting them on Friday 3rd April, The zip on the right boot broke

I have tried emailing via the two email address on the UK website with the messages coming back as undeliverable.

I then emailed the american site address a week ago with no reply.

Very unhappy customer

Bought off the website - items and price looked great. However, the quality and size of the items was absolutely awful, poor stitching, thin fabric, cheap labels that weren’t on the pictures and they wouldn’t fit a young teenager never mind a size large man.
When I asked to return them they wanted me to keep them for a 30% reduction in cost - I wouldn’t have kept them for a 100% reduction. E-mail after e-mail they would not give me a return code or address. Eventually I got them and returned them by Royal Tracked post. Despite showing them proof of delivery to them they started on the keeping them for 30% reduction! They eventually said they would refund £34 and not the cost if £37.95 despite me having paid postage for both delivery and return. I haven’t yet received the £34 in my bank and they now refuse to reply to my requests for the £3.95 balance.
Don’t waste your time and money with this company as the quality of product and customer service is appalling.

Wrong item received. Did not reply to any emails. Phone number not recognised. Paid through PayPal but still did not get a refund for over £100!!
Complete rip off!!

I sent for a pair of trousers 44w 32l they sent me 5XL they were so big I could have used them as a tent.
They look nothing like what was advertised and trying to get in touch with them was impossible stay clear save your money.

Do not get off those horrible scammers

Bought Delta boots in black....
These are THE worst boots I have ever clapped eyes on.
They're plastic
The sole is paper thin.
They smell like a rubber factory.
Extremely poor construction.
Just cheap rubbish from China.
I left a review on their website. I had to confirm it, lo and behold....my one star became a 5.....and my review, rather than being scathing, turned to a glowing review......as my mother used to say....

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS.

Ordered some tactical trousers for work. Arrived after 3 weeks as was sent from China! Not UK based. Wore them for 2 days and zip broke on one of the pockets. After another 2 days the zip broke on the pocket on the other side! At the end of the week I noticed stitching coming out and material scuffing. Not something you'd expect with "tactical" trousers. Emailed the company about how they were not fit for purpose, no response. Poor quality clothing and zero customer service.

Scammer of a company and very unethical and will rob your money. Steer clear.

0 stars! Do not buy from these! I ordered a pair of boots 3 weeks ago and they never arrived, I tried contacting them twice a day but they never replied once! I had to ring my bank and get them to refund me my money and launch a fraud investigation. Absolute joke of a company! Do not give them your money!!!

My son's boot zip broke on the morning of the second wear, so much for tough military style boots! Now I'm trying to get hold of Tactical Store - good luck me quite frankly, they don't respond.
Not only do they not respond but yesterday when i logged into their website my one and only order was there on the site but today my order history is blank - it says I never ordered anything - I wish I hadn't, that would make life much easier.
After reading the other reviews here I feel fairly deflated - it sounds as though Tactical Store UK is tactically ignoring their customers.
When can I have my refund TSUK??
Anyone else out there - avoid this website, very disappointing experience all round, cheap and nasty boots, broke within 12 hours of first wear.

Which quite frankly is unacceptable for a pair of faulty boots that have only been worn once and broke on the morning of the second wear.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!
Save your hard earned cash and buy from anywhere just not from here - a complete and utter waste of time and a huge disappointment with their terrible customer service and refusal to refund dodgy faulty footwear.
I am disgusted with their tardy reply - surely it's illegal not to issue a refund for faulty merchandise?

A question to anyone else here - did you ever get a refund?

Brought a water proof set off them jacket zip was broken and a press stud was in the bag ,tried to get in touch with them by email twice and no reply arm length is to short as well do not use this company.

Ordered a jacket after checking their size guiding advice. The jacket came and was so small I couldn’t even do it up. I tried to contact them and initially they advised me to keep the jacket and give it to another family member when I told them I didn’t want to do that they clammed up and I received no further replies
Their after sales are non existent and their size guiding is useless

I would have given nil stars if I could... Put a order in to Tactical world store UK but it'd not UK it's China so after paying for my order 4 days ago I get a message to say its ready to be shipped from china... Avoid at all cost this is not a UK group.
