I spoke with Khubaib when I had found a car I liked. He was very friendly, patient and happy to help. Unfortunately we couldn't close a deal but id be happy to return if I need a new car in the future.

Was looking to buy my first car, and Adnan did a brilliant job of helping me as I wasnt quite sure how to go about it, Adnan helped me understand everything I needed to know and helped go through the process, made it feel easy to get the car. I would highly recommend buying a car from this dealer as it was an excellent service.

I am writing this to warn others. I paid the full balance for a vehicle here via bank transfer, but the car was never actually delivered to me as agreed.

I had to proactively phone them myself just to find out what was going on, which is when they finally admitted there was an engine fault with the vehicle.

I requested a full refund. I have made multiple phone calls since, and despite getting endless promises and reassurances from their team that my money was on the way, I still have not received a single penny back. Because they are withholding my money, I have now been forced to send a formal Letter Before Action and start legal proceedings against them. Absolutely terrible experience.

up date on the Sep 3, 2026 today the new Manager telephone me and seemed genuine and said my money would be going in today.
You guessed it I sorry to say that it as not so Disappointed will keep you up to date with this matter

There was a delay in delivering the car but Khu ended driving it down himself after his work day had finished, arriving very late but making sure I had it for when I needed it the next day. Thank you for going out of your way to help! Car is great.

Avoid this dealership. I paid a £100 holding deposit on a fresh trade-in vehicle, but the previous owner changed their mind and cancelled the sale. The dealership notified me and offered alternative cars, but none suited my needs. I requested a refund of my deposit, which the sales agent agreed to since the deal fell through. However, nearly three weeks later, I still have not received my money. Every time I call, I am given excuses that another department is handling it. This is completely unprofessional, and I highly recommend avoiding them..
