Great experience, smooth launch and happy providers

We have been working with notifyMD for several months now on after‑hours call triage for our clinics, and it’s been a great experience. It’s been incredibly helpful having a workflow in place to distinguish which calls need immediate paging to a provider and which calls can be logged for the front desk the following day. The on-call providers are also much happier! Everything is up and running smoothly at this point. Ivana has been especially wonderful to work with.

My experience was vastly different from…

My experience was vastly different from the other reviews here. John was wonderful, but after the onboarding the company seemed disorganized. My calls weren’t initially answered as we agreed. I wasn’t given the 30 day free trial period as agreed and I was charged double for one month--I had to contact an executive to get some of these issues resolved. I did get a free trial after several phone calls. Then I was charged for a couple of months after I had terminated their services. To cancel you have to complete a form, even though their website says an email will suffice and they will continue to bill you for 30 days. It wasn’t personalized service by any means. It was just an answering service and my experience was unpleasant.

Ivana W is amazing!

NotifyMD is an exceptional service for managing after-hours communications. I would however like to draw attention to one person who is the reason I am switching my large practice to NotifyMD and that is Ivana W! Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care are truly commendable. But what sets her apart is her creativity in tackling challenging issues. Great service and team

John and his team have been fantastic to work with from first contact through implementation and now in a steady state.
I work with a lot of vendors in my role, and everything is always great when there aren't problems. When a problem inevitably comes up is when you really get a feel for the company that you've partnered up with and can see how they respond. NotifyMD has always provided clean, timely communication on issues, follow-through and follow-up on resolutions, and really has been a great partner in that sense.
The service itself I would recommend to any HCP that finds themselves being woken up in the middle of the night for things that should wait until normal business hours. They script exactly how you would like it set up, go over every single call scenario with you to get clear instruction on how you want it handled, and then deliver exactly what is promised on day one.
NotifyMD is one of those companies that I'll keep in the back of my mind and absolutely recommend to anyone I work with or for.

Phenomenal business partner!

NotifyMD has been a phenomenal business partner to work with. Our sales executive is prompt, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable about the NotifyMD product and business. She goes above and beyond to ensure a clean implementation while working directly with our clinic managers and providers to make sure everyone is on the same page and the product is delivered exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend the NotifyMD solution and vendor to anyone.

Great start!

Answering service team that is interacting directly with our patients and providers on call has been prompt, courteous, and effective. Our experience with NotifyMD since launching with the team about a month ago has been very positive!
