Nova Training Club Avis 

Nova by HH has been incredible for me getting back into fitness after having children. It’s so much more than a gym, the coaches are encouraging and push you to achieve your best, whilst ensuring your form is correct. The community aspect of Nova is what really tops it for me, everyone is so welcoming, there’s a real team kinda vibe and you really encourage each other. I highly recommend Nova if you’re looking for somewhere fun to work out, feel like part of a community and need some accountability with your weight loss!

I joined Nova on a 6 week transformation course following an impulsive click on an Instagram ad. I wanted to kickstart a healthier lifestyle, I had no intention of it being a long term thing, exercise is not something I’ve ever enjoyed - but almost a year later I’m still here! I actually look forward to the classes which is truly never something I could have imagined before.

I used to lack confidence in the gym so much, I’d get anxiety about going in and
when I did I just felt self conscious, as a result I just avoided ever going.

Since I joined Nova I am stronger, fitter and so much happier with my body, and not to mention I’ve found my confidence! The support from the coaches is amazing and each and every one of them are so kind, supportive, inspiring and make the sessions enjoyable.

The PT’s are so friendly, supportive and make the atmosphere so motivating and lovely to be in.

For the last 20 years I've been working out on and off all by myself so the thought of joining group sessions with complete strangers was a bit overwhelming.

This thought completely disappeared the moment I stepped into Nova.
I was welcomed with open arms and immediately put at ease and treated as a friend.

The coaches are all very knowledgeable and support us all the way whatever your goals are and your personal journey is
The members are all friendly and we all push each other which at the end of the day keeps us all smiling and loving each and every single session.

Joining this extended family has changed my physical and mental health and it's definitely one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Such a positive atmosphere full of such supportive and encouraging people to be surrounded by, a truly amazing community. The trainers are so incredible and are there through every step, not just getting you through your workout but also the nutrition aspect through to personal mood. Could not recommend this gym enough whether you’re struggling to get into a routine or just want a group of amazing people to surround & push you!

I struggle with confidence in the gym which is why I’ve neglected going for years.

Thanks to the team at NOVA I not only have started to grow in confidence but I actually enjoy training!

An excellent training facility with experienced and passionate coaches. I’ve noticed an incredible difference in my strength and appearance since joining nova in may this year. I can’t imagine going to a commercial gym again! :)

My friend and I were fortunate enough to have won the bootcamp sessions for 7 weeks and it was the best thing that could have happened for us! My motivation, fitness and overall mental health have improved so much with the help of the personal trainers at Nova. They are so helpful and friendly and know how to make the sessions fun while also making you sweat your ass off! My friend and I loved it so much that we now sign up for every bootcamp, thankyou so much to all the staff at Nova for being such an amazing team. :)

I found Nova through Instagram. I was scrolling one night and noticed the 6 week transformation programme, a few days later after speaking to Matty I decided to commit to it and I haven’t looked back. As soon as I met the guys I felt instantly comfortable. Unlike other gyms/clubs I’ve joined in the past Nova is more intimate. No matter what your ability we all train together and finish together, which has been a huge confidence boost for me. I haven’t been left behind, or made to feel inferior at all. The online coaching and check-ins helps me stay focussed outside of the gym, and helps discuss my well-being or ask for any advice. My family and friends have already noticed a difference in me, and I am so excited to see what I achieve. I cannot recommend Hebe and the team enough!

Would highly recommend Novabyhh. They are so friendly & make each boot camp session so much fun! But hard. The trainers go through each circuit & simplify if needed. And they really motivate you as well. This is my second time around & will definitely do another camp.

Very Friendly and welcoming staff. Top of the range facilities and equipment. I would definitely recommend nova to anyone who doesn’t feel comfortable in a busy commercial gym. I will definitely be back.

Nova is an amazing space. Very friendly people all striving for the best gym experience and environment. Very very clean and tidy with so much equipment compared to a commercial gym. Extremely knowledgeable coaches.

Came over from a gym in north Swindon and the quality & maintenance of the equipment is clear. Fantastic use of space as well with plenty of equipment but not feeling overcrowded.
Aaron as a trainer does a great job of encouraging you to push further than you think you can go.

I finally found a safe, supportive, fun environment for me to get back into fitness after 20+ years. I would highly recommend. Boot camp is more than just an exercise boot camp, with the support of your coach you are accountable for your overall wellbeing - fitness, nutrition, sleep, balancing work and me time. Six weeks in and I’m already noticing changes with my body, health, improved strength and better lifestyle. Can’t wait to see what the next few months have in store.

I have been a member of Nova for almost a year and it is honestly the best move I made. As someone who has a health issue that restricts me from doing certain movements/exercises, I had often been put off going to a commercial gym because it felt too awkward and I didn’t feel I would get the support. I was therefore looking for a gym who were able to work with me to make appropriate adjustments where needed and to help me build up my strength. Nova have 1000% delivered on this for me and continue to do so. Not only are the coaches the nicest bunch of people but they are super supportive and understanding. The community that Nova has developed over the last 12 months is also a great source of support and encouragement. You won’t get this in a commercial gym!!!
