Great customer service
The customer service we received was great and knowledgeable and there was no pushy sales talk at all. There was quite a few different pieces and the sofas were very nice and some quite unique

Poor Quality Products
The quality of products is very poor, and prices are extremely expensive.
Not happy at all, and I will not recommend Novia furniture to anyone.
As for the members off staff I have no complaints. I have only visited Novia in Brent Cross, and everyone that I’ve spoken to has been very nice and welcoming.

Worst Furniture i found from this…
Worst Furniture i found from this shop(many scratches and bubbles found on the table top and TV unite and coffee table). pathetic customer service, we are waiting from last 18 month to get a furniture delivered. they gave a defective piece and we are still waiting to get it delivered, pathetic service, pathetic shop, never ending wait time, never ever waste your money don't buy from them.

Avoid this company at all costs
I ordered a dining table back in May, and the original delivery date was supposed to be 2nd September. After countless delays, unanswered emails, and terrible customer service, I finally managed to get a hold of someone on the phone. They gave me a new delivery date of but have not provided any email confirmation despite their promise. I have zero confidence this date is real and feel like they just threw out a random date to get me off the phone.
Throughout this process, I’ve been kept on hold for hours at a time, only to receive vague and inconsistent replies when I finally speak to someone. Their lack of transparency and inability to provide any concrete information is appalling.
Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere!!! This company clearly does not value its customers or their time.
I’ve also seen all these 5 start reviews on here but refuse to believe they are real!

I had great customer service
I had great customer service. From the moment I bought my sofa to delivery. I live in a small flat with narrow doorways. I asked if the sofa could be dismantled and it was an an “engineer” came to the appointment and built the sofa. The guys who delivered were careful and respectful and the sales person who sold me the sofa kept in touch! Cannot recommend this company more highly!

Terrible service
Terrible service, if I was able to rate zero stars I would. They are quick to take your money but then there is no follow-up after promises for sofa's to be delivered 6-8 weeks after purchase. 7 months later and the sofa's are still not ready! Do not trust this business unless you want the continuous hassle of chasing and uncertainty of whether the sofas will turn up in an acceptable manner. Awful sales team and even worse after sales service, worst I have seen and regret purchasing from them.
Update on 19th September
To provide a follow up, although the sofas have now been delivered the cushions are still missing after countless times of chasing with the sales and ops teams. The main cushions on our sofas also arrived dirty and we’re still awaiting a replacement with no further updates for Novia. They haven’t managed expectations and no follow through from Novia. I would avoid at all costs unless you’re willing to spend time on continuously being disappointed. How they get away with the ‘service’ is utterly shocking.

Scam Business
I purchased a daybed from Novia. Four months after the item was purchased it still hasn’t arrived. No explanation has been provided AT ALL as to where it is and when it will get here. I have chased and chased customer services but they ignore your emails and calls entirely and leave you in the dark. I have threatened to undertake a chargeback through my bank to force a refund after they refused to refund me. I will ask my bank to close their business account so they can no longer scam customers.
