Installation crew comprising Electrician. Plumber and apprentice arrived at the intended time and installation occurred quickly and smoothly. Old electrical heater removed and taken by workers. Heater working beautifully and without any issues. The Heat Pump had heated the tank to 60 degs within 5hrs. Currently I’m saving about $5/day. My only issue was pairing the App with the pump controller. The directions are not fit for purpose and the linked online video was not understandable. I watched around 2hrs of videos for other makes of heat pump to find one I could use to assist me. Finally paired the App & controller and it controls the pump temp very well. I would like to write a new set of pairing instructions to assist other users. I received all the rebates from Vic, State and Federal agencies with the 320L unit costing me $100 and installation $800. Extremely happy with my investment in this product.

I recently had a heat pump installed by NRG7, and overall, I am very satisfied with the service. The team was professional and ensuring that everything was left tidy after the installation. The work was completed on schedule, and they communicated
clearly throughout the process.The heat pump is functioning perfectly. The cost was exactly as quoted, and I believe I received excellent value for my investment.

320lt Heat pump is great, hot showers all day and all night. Savings about $4 per day compared to 315 Lt electric.

They are good with installation but they didn’t pic the old pump fro my home and it’s still there for 2month what a bad services and when I call them they always says someone is coming tomorrow but no one turned up it’s a bad service I recommend everyone don’t go with them otherwise you will be stuck nowhere 😡

Few days ago, I applied for the mechanical engineer job opening at NRG7 and they sent me a text message to confirm the time slot they mentioned for the in-person interview.

Upon arriving the venue on time, the recruiter was unprofessional and had no value of time. During the interview, he offered me the sales position instead of the job opening I applied for. He tried to confuse me by asking irrelevant question and quite adamant to consider the job position offered while interviewing. He lacked professionalism, mannerism, made some racial comments, made me feel useless by remarking my experience "useless" repeatedly. And lastly, based upon my interview experience, I suspect that the work culture is also toxic.

Overall, I advised every job aspirants to not to apply at this company. It's just a waste of time.

They did not collect the old water tank despite all my calls. Be warned!
Update: the message below was left 3 months after I complained. I have already sorted it out. Besides they have my contact details and can contact me if they really wanted to make things right. Also as they did not run a direct line to the unit and connected to an existing unit, everytime it is on and the hair dryer runs, it trips

The installation crew was top-notch, even tackled a few tricky bits on my property like true blue champs. Finally got hot water that’s actually hot, making bath time a goer after ages! Haven’t seen the bill yet, but word is it’ll be easier on the wallet. Communication with the company was a breeze - quick emails or callbacks every time. Stoked with the service, reckon they’re worth a shout! Highly recommend!

Installation was professionally done overrall good experience with them!

Currently dealing with this company ..shocking installation of water hot water unit. the unit is sloping towards the wall and resting against the wall the top cover lid cannot be opened. i have spoken to the service department they have stated it's the installer
is responsible, that their task was honored by providing the unit.. they don't want to take the responsibility in solving the problem and workmen ship. the plumber lives away from Melbourne. has agreed to fix the problem when he is in the areas. One week not fixed. not happy. still waiting next step soon..athorities ombudsmen . this will be removed when rectified installation. dez

Avoid this company.Very poor service with young tradies who were rushing the job because they turned up late. Didnt bring any material to level the new hotwater system. Then once finished left all their rubbish for someone else to clean up. It took them nearly 6 weeks to finally clean up the rubbish. Over which time they made various threats to remove the hot water service if I didnt pay the balance before they finished cleaning up. Poorly run and very unprofessional .

I paid my deposit and NRG installers arrived and said they would not install as i had a flat roof and it was too hard to run an electrical cable. I call NRG 7 and they agreed to refund my deposit. This was two weeks ago. I have emailed and surprise surprise no reply. Very bad.

Shocking company to deal with. Inefficient.. lies .. bad service..bad tradesman.. untidy job... not picked up old water heater to for 2 months.. BAD SERVICE. DONT USE THEM PLEASE
