The worst company i have ever dealt with. They constantly have problems. I have had 2 business set up with them for almost 7 years and the tech support is useless most of the time. I have had inventory issues where for almost 3 months no inventory was being tracked and then I had to audit my whole store of over 3000 items to correct the issue. When I asked at least not to pay my $99 for the month that the system was down they said you are renting the license and that has nothing to do with if the cloud is working or not. I run my business remotely and I have been logged out of my app and the portal for almost 2 weeks and counting. This has happened several times before but never this long. I always hear my ticket is high priority and I will get a call back from a technician but in 7 years with this mickey mouse company I have not received one call back or ever successfully got a hold of a manager. Looks like I'm going to have to bite the bullet and spend $4,000 to buy a pos from a different company that works and cares about their customers and their businesses

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Worst service ever! A lot of hidden fees and they don’t send the batch when they’re supposed to and it’s always missing! I highly recommend you stay away from this company if you want to avoid the stress and the headaches. Also the way they deposit the batch is confusing and frustrating. Do yourself and mental health a favor and stay away from this company
