After multiple phone attempts, we finally received response, an apology and compensation for the POS Nation mistake.
I hope in a few months to be comfortable with a 5 Star review.

We had POS Nation for years using Cash…
We had POS Nation for years using Cash Register Express. They discontinued support for CRE and told us we would get new computer hardware if we switched at no charge. We switched software and got no computer. Customer support sucks and will not respond with any help to fix any problems once we switched over to Comcash by POS Nation. Comcash is trash compared to the system they made us switch from. Truly awful experience and do not recommend. We will be looking for a new POS system.
Journal Entry Errors
We are using the ComCash POS system for our accounts receivable. We had an error that resulted in a journal entry needing to be made on two accounts. We made an error in entering it which caused the balances to be incorrect. When we deleted the journal entry it did not remove the incorrect entries from the customer accounts. I then had to call tech support which resulted in and hour and a half wait on the phone. They did finally get the balances corrected but informed me they were unable to remove the incorrect transactions from the customers statements. I will now have to print and use white out before I can email the customers their statements. This process should be much easier and friendly to use. We are all human and mistakes are going to happen. They should be much easier to correct.
I was contacted by a tech who was very helpful and resolved the issue.

Technical customer service is okay
Technical customer service is okay, but when they fix the issues they break other sides. they will tell you our second level team will fix or get back to you. nobody calls you back or fixes the issues. the entire support is outside the USA. bottle pos and pos nation is the same. not worth it to have it. its unreliable soft where.
Great service
Great service with just a few areas for improvement.
Overall, I had a very good experience. The service was efficient, and the Tech Support Agent Mr Sooraj was friendly and responsive to my needs. Everything was good, just the process was kind of long over 3 hours and there were a couple of small issues that could be improved — such as a slight delay in remote connecting tools and a bit of confusion during the setup particulary for Card Swiper processor that gave us a hard time getting it setup. That said, I appreciate Sooraj effort and assitance on it, he defenitely solve the issue

I confirmed my info for my business and told him about the problem that I was having and he immediately fixed my issue promptly.
